I had a wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage today. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they patiently assisted me in completing my unit transfer. Everything was smooth and stress-free thanks to their professionalism and warm attitude. Highly recommend this location!

It's only my 1st month there . Went online to register. Only did it because of the price couldn't beat it .
But then when I got there I had to go down a flight of stairs and it's in the basement and all I got was a mold / mildew odor

Chantal, the store manager, was super helpful and understanding with our issues of finding the right storage space. We had rented an inappropriate one at a different location and were referred to Old Colony. Chantal understood the situation and made sure that we taken care of. I'm sure she'll do the same for you!

I typically do not write reviews but I wanted to share my great experience from this location. Chantal, the store manager is extremely nice, friendly and welcoming. She is quick to answer your questions and willing to work with you if you run into any challenges. 10/10 experience! Highly recommended!

Chantal M at the Old Colony location is AMAZING! The experience from start to finish was hands down the best experience I have had in a while. I visited another location in person and didn’t receive a 1/4 of the information Chantal gave just over the phone. I am so glad I took a chance a drove the 30min to meet with Chantal and get the unit I was looking for and for A LOT cheaper ($150 cheaper). Her bright smile and clear knowledge of the company and what she was selling to me was clear cut! I am so happy with my unit, the cost, and the service!! In the words of my dad (who the unit is for) “She’s off the hook” lol. Thank you so much Chantal for all your help! You were truly amazing! Keep the beautiful smile and the joyful spirit!!
