Visited here twice Frifay and Monday and got rejected by the old lady. One says no battery, another time says box is full and can’t take phone anyways. My package is small but why she assume is phone and battery?? Please, don't’t be in customer service position when you can’t provide the service.

Nonexistent service for basic things like tape, label printout, and barcode scanning. Staff gave me the run around and suggested going next door. What kind of store doesn't have a bar code scanner and complains about printing labels? lol worst experience to date

Full customer service by a very few of the workers at the warehouse I was told to pick up my merchandise in Quincy and I went there and it closed at 8:00 I was there at 7:00 a young lady came to the doorbell and told me they was closed it was 7:15 and another gentleman came out and said that some people try to make their own hours and he let me in and gave me my merchandise that is the only reason why I'm giving them one star because of the hassle that the young lady gave me when I first went there I saw that she let somebody in before me and then I ran to the gate to try to get buzzed in and she would try to refuse me and then another gentleman saw me and said that people make up their own hours people who think that they're bosses so I think they need to get their bosses in tack no disrespect to the people that work really really hard at that location I really appreciate it you guys let me in but the young lady was rude and definitely needs more training and to know when her Warehouse closes some of the people that came to me said that she think's that she's the boss so maybe they need to change her facility maybe they need to put her in another area because she is not customer service friendly thank you!!!!

Driver was the worst I've encountered in my 69 years of life.He heaved my boxed recliner chair onto my side porch and the box busted wide open. When I ran out to talk with him he just ran away as I was saying I wouldn't accept the delivery. He just hopped into his truck and quickly drove off after saying there was nothing he could do and it wasn't his job! Amazing! He should be FIRED immediately.
