Told me they didn't do alignments when the website says they do. (The lift must have magically disappeared when I called.) Will recommend a shitload of costly repairs you don't really need and every time I've gone in there a customer is always complaining someone fixed their car incorrectly or didn't actually solve the issue. Ratings speak the truth. Visit at your own discretion

JUST DIN’T DO IT. Got all four tires changed and aligned less than two weeks ago. We just got back from a long weekend so barely drove it and our TPMS light is on. Not too long after, one tire is flat. Took the car back the next day and they said we need to buy a new tire even though there was no puncture to the tire to indicate any roadside hazard and no real reason for the tire to go flat. We buy a new tire (5th one in less than two weeks) and we’re leaving the shop with our dashboard lit up like it’s Christmas. They want to fix multiple things even though our car has had no issues prior and has been kept up by our dealership. They show zero care and are not interested in customer service, just want to take as much as possible.

Edit: called last Monday and posted this 5 days ago and still no call ... see they don't care about customer service or resolving issues . Once they get your money they don't care . The person who runs this page has also responded to other reviews ...........
Edit number 2 : I still have yet to receive a call. Now I'm changing my oil they have tighten the drain plugs so much that it is starting to strip the head off the bolt on an aluminum oil pan.... not one person has ever called to deal with this. I've even tried using a 6 point 13 MM socket to get this off which normally I can just use a box end wrench because I don't tighten it this much because it's an aluminum oil pan.... at worst I bet this is cross threaded and it's going to strip the oil pan
Edit number 3: it's been 4 weeks and no one has called , even left a message with the president of customer care or whoever customer care said he was ... i guess I have no choice but to have the lawyer send the demand letter .... really wanted to avoid that but it seems Firestone doesn't care about the damage they cause to your car or charging money for a service that wasnt done ... or causing a check engine light and trying to sell you a diagnostic. But they will trip over themselves to sell you a credit card because Firestone owns the bank for their store credit cards which is why almost everyone gets approved. So that 2k repair bill that you got the Firestone card for ... with interest they probably made 5k off that repair because it's 30% Apr.
Been waiting for a call from the district manager for half a week now . I see it's not important so I will post this now before I get my lawyer .
I had trips I had to make at the end of the year and my power steering pump started leaking in my 09 pontiac g8 . Dropped it off and asked for a diag on the power steering leak , 4 wheel alignment and an oil change . I just got this car a few months before and have been to busy to even check the whole car out so I figured if there were any issues with the suspension they would tell me ... NOPE.
I dropped it off Saturday 12/21/24 and picked it up on the 27th. They never called for approval on the power steering pump , I called Sunday before close and from what i gathered they had already started working on it. When I went to pick up the car Thursday morning after I pick my sister up from the airport from a red eye right when they opened I asked how the alignment was noticed the rear was still in the red was told that the rear did not have adjusters ... that was a lie . They never even checked the rear , the set my toe and shipped it ( if I wanted a tow adjustment only I could have done that in my driveway with metal plates and tape measures). They also tried to sell my on a check engine diag THEY CAUSED by not plugging back in my intake sensors .
If they had done a 4 wheel alignment they would have noticed my left rear control was rotted so bad a pothole broke it in half and I do infact have rear adjusters and they were frozen and I had to cut them out to remove the control arm . I won't ever be coming back . Lies , bad repairs and not caring to do the correct job .
If i had gone to say Sullivan tire they would have stopped work and informed me of the frozen rear adjusters and the rotted control arm . I know because I worked for Firestone(not this location)and Sullivan tire . Never again... waste of $700 should have just found the time and done it myself cause it would have been done right.

I bought new tires but the tire got flat in less than two months. I came to this shop to change the tire again. They wanted 200 dollars for a tire but the tires get flat for no reason in two months. Even though the tire is under warranty, they do not change the flat tire.

On the positive side, they do state inspections unlike some other Firestone locations, but this location should be reminded of the law for licensed stations. There is no separate sign with inspection hours. When I walked in at 2pm, they confirmed they were doing inspections but I'd have to wait 1.5 hours. There was no one in the waiting area. The guy shortly after me was told maybe it could be done but tomorrow it could be done. 540 CMR, § 4.08 - Licensure of Inspection Stations "(c) Hours of Operation. Inspection Stations shall be available to perform motor vehicle inspections for a minimum of six hours per day, five days per week. Inspections must be performed on a first come-first serve basis. Stations that use the approved inspection area for other purposes must make the area available for inspections within 15 minutes."

On November 10 this year I found out that my wife's Subaru rear passenger tire was flat. Being a Sunday, my regular auto shop and all tire places were closed, we called around and Firestone was open. I headed to Firestone, and after inspecting the car they said the tire had been patched twice already (possible, but not sure), and it could no longer be repaired. I had to make a quick decision and decided to replace the two rear tires, Then they came back saying the they could not unscrew one of the nuts. I authorize them to break it, and would replace it the next day. Suddenly a second nut on the other side was also damaged. Fine, go ahead and break it. Now the front tire was bad in the inside and we needed an alignment. I was so aggravated, I told them go ahead and replace all the tires (my wife works in Boston, and has to drive from Weymouth so I wanted the car to be safe). So now we have 4 new tires, an alignment for close to $850, and a quote to replace the two studs and bolts for $403 per side, meaning $806+ to replace those, which even Subaru does for less than $200.
Days later I brought the car to my mechanic, and found out that four (4) studs were badly damaged on one side an one on the other side. Keep in mind that Greg, the service advisor/scammer in chief at Firestone told me there were only one on each side (for the record, I was with my mechanic when he started repairing the studs and saw how damaged they were, once he was able to remove the nuts (extremely difficult). So now we have 4 bad studs on one side, when he told me after my numerous inquiries, that only one was damaged, and he's trying to scam me for over $800 to fix those. I called him to show my discontent and he pretended to not understand, saying that he'd quoted me $241 for the repair, even though I have a written quote showing $403.14 for one side, and in his words "just multiply by 2 to get the total for both sides". Firestone Quincy's Greg is a thief and a scammer, and I advise everybody to stay away from them. Copy of docs available.
This is an edit.
So when someone posts a negative review you rush to respond, promising that action "will be taken, management will be involved" and everybody forgets about it, and your guys keep ripping people off.

On the fence. Some visits are better than others. Some Staff members are more polite than others. Sometimes I really hate going there but I don't have any other options. Sometimes some staff members are really rude but then others are really nice. When I go there I tell them what I need but they don't seem to care what I need they tell me other things that I really don't want at the moment. Like I said I am on the fence I don't have any thoughts or feelings just can't decide.

Evaluated my truck incorrectly. Cost me time and money. Told me I had a internal Transmission Problem. I was just low on fluids. Did not even pull out transmission dip stick to check. Some Lame Mechanics work there. Don't waste your time or money..

One of the worst service appointments I’ve had in the past five years. The service employees were extremely rude. I left the store because of the way they acted and spoke to me!

The techs did a great job, however the sales people were not transparent with pricing and added things that I did not ask for and when I questioned it, they acted ad if I was bothering them and could not explain why I was being g charged. I also got an online quote and was told by the sales associate that they don't honor the online quotes because they are wrong. It was very frustrating hearing this and being charged $200 over the online quote for the same service.

A big thank you to anyone who posted their bad experiences with this crappy shop. I was thinking about going there for an oil change that they have online for $45 now I know why it’s so cheap. It’s one thing when one person posting a bad experience but almost if not all of the reviews are bad experiences . I am NOT going there

Great service from the first guy I was talking to but today even after being totally nice to the guy, got a snappy attitude when I was just trying to ask a question I didn’t know about

I like the discounts through the Firestone cc and that there are warranties for work done. It be nice to get a discount for those I've referred and got work done there.
