Wonderful people whom accommodated what I wanted. They called me to say the recipient was not going to be home until the next day. They really were very considerate and I appreciated that they kept me informed.

I just wanted to compliment the Flower Loft Quincy on doing am amazing job for my kids communion centerpieces. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, big bushy full Hydrangeas with vibrant greens and colorful Gerbera Daisy's, they were stunning and I got alot of compliments on them. thank you so much for delivering g them, and I am still enjoying them all over my house over a week later!

My company has been doing business with The Flower Loft for decades as well doing personal business for many years. Apparently the old ownership sold to a new ownership group. Waiting to see how they resolve a big problem with my company's yearly St Patrick's day flower delivery.Flowers sent were tiny and barely any green color. For years we've sent beautiful arrangements to our clients from this establishment. Very dissatisfied this year.

I had flowers delivered last Friday. FYI the recipient was a florist for 10+ yrs b4 changing careers and still does weddings for our family. She sent me a picture a week later and the flowers are still so fresh and thriving. Her words: The arrangement was so beautiful and the best flowers were chosen for the design! So here's your 5 star rating from me and my florist fam. Well done Kennedy!!

I recently called to order flowers for my grandmother's funeral. The staff was very helpful and patient. When the arrangements arrived they were the prettiest flowers there, and to my surprise, included irises which were my grandmother's favorite flower and out of season but I had mentioned them during my ordering. I want to thank the staff for adding that special touch and effort, it was a happy sight on a sad day.

Extremely disappointed with the arrangement and the response from the owners of this florist. First of all, the arrangement was very different from the one I looked at on their website. Very disappointing. I called to discuss a refund and was told, "oh, we have never sent that out before"-so, you belong to FTD, get with the program and make sure you know what you are doing! And, "she loved them"! Where is the customer satisfaction? How about working with me to resolve the issue and not talking around it. Very scrupulous! Don't waste your time here-not a very nice experience. You will have a better experience somewhere else and a much better flower arrangement!! Dottie B.

Better than FTD, call them direct. Personal and personalized service, they care and it shows ! My family and friends, have been using them since they opened. They NEVER disappoint and your personal information, is secure and safe. They are awesome !

Flowers here are beautiful but customer service is god AWFUL!! Came here on a Saturday morning to buy two bouquets, and I understand it's mother's day weekend and they will be busy, but as a paying customer I'm not asking for the world! Just a nice bouquet with some decent customer service. First off, the lady in the back doing the arrangement slams the bouquet on the counter telling her partner "here's the first one". Honestly, the arrangement was UGLY but I was trying to be nice and asked if I could switch one of the flowers out for a different color. She tells her partner in the back the customer "doesn't like the flowers", to which she responds "ARE YOU KIDDING ME". I honestly wanted to tell her "NO I'M NOT kidding you, it's ugly!!" BUT being a decent person I pretended not to hear anything. Honestly, your flower arrangements are nice, but with that kind of attitude and unprofessional behavior I will NEVER come back here again. Plenty of other local flower shops to support with better customer service and the same beautiful flowers. I can't believe someone in customer service can say this out loud where customers can hear. Please shut the door next time, absolutely no one wants to hear your bs.

I am so upset by my interaction the The Flower Loft. I sent my sister an arrangement at work (see photos). I ordered a very specific arrangement - the FTD All Aglow Bouquet by Better Homes and Gardens. My sister sent me a text to thank me. I asked her to send me a pic and I was completely horrified by what I saw. Ugly arrangement with junky filler and not even the same vase. Even more horrific was my interaction with the person with whom I spoke with at the florist. I expressed my horror at the arrangement and the fact that it was seen by my sister's coworkers. She said well, we don't have that vase and we didn't have those flowers. I stated that someone should have called and asked me if wanted a different arrangement, that this was unacceptable. I told her I wanted a refund and the florist stated she would go pick up the flowers from my sisters work and give me a refund. Um, no. I let her know that I would share my terrible experience and wished her luck. For $84.99 for a delivered arrangement, I expect to get what I ordered, and certainly expected more.
