About Francis W. Parker Elementary School
Named in honor of Quincy's first Superintendent of Schools, Francis W. Parker Elementary School is dedicated to serving North Quincy students in grades K through 5. As a community, we believe that elementary education is about nurturing a love of learning while providing a framework of comprehensive skills that enable each learner to know how to learn. At Parker School, children and adults work together, collaboratively, toward common goals.

Vice Principal Scott P. physically intimidated me in front of staff and my daughter. Principal Maryanne Palmer instructed my daughter with epilepsy to go up and down school stairs again because my daughter needed to "use the stairs the right way." Thank goodness I got my daughter away from Parker School!
