They kept increasing the price. Started out reasonable, but kept going up. Very difficult to find the person who worked there. Never answered the phone. Very good security , just customer service was lacking.

No one answers the phone. Went to move in, with my moving truck waiting. The access code for the door didn’t work. Once someone let me in, I went to the unit I rented and it was locked. Called their number and waited and waited, but no one answered. Ended up using a different store unit company.

Go Store it storage in Quincy is great, the application process was not very complex and the fees are great. Flexible and friendly staff to work with. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for storage units in Quincy, MA

They will raise rent meanwhile, the two front doors including the loading dock doors do not work. Tried to reach out to the district manager and corporate with zero response.

We recently came here and realized multiple items were stolen out of a unit we purchased very unfortunate and when questioned nothing but sillllly excuses ! I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS PLACE !

Stay away!! You will get 30usd price increase few months in. Then another after few more months after. Personal experience, and others i met have confirmed the same claim.

Calvin and Nick are always a huge help anytime I visit storage. Their customer service is great, and they’re always helpful, attentive, and present. I haven’t had a negative experience here. The only small Complaint is I wish there were more carts outside and that sometimes it’s hard to control because of the customers not the staff. Other than that, I would highly recommend go store it.

Nothing but criminals. Beware storage on Center Street in Quincy 100% scam you give you one price and within two months without any notice. Try to double it on you if you’re two days past the month they threaten you with hundred dollar lien fees which is a fee they charge you For them having to auction your stuff off your property when you two days late every month it’s a late fee for this or threats to not get your property back and then worse of all no one’s ever available for management to speak to you $35 a month was my rate nowhere in the contract says They can change that at the very least nobody’s telling you that when you sign up 35 went to 44 without any notice they snuck it in and then on the third month it went up to $75 from 35 to 75 within three months Cowards with no backbone just taking peoples hard earn money but they can have it. I’d rather be broke and have my pride morals and no I’m not a scumbag. I’d rather throw my stuff in a dumpster before I let them have it again.
