Atrius Health's Quincy Congress Street practice has provided adult primary care, neurology, and rheumatology services, as well as lab and radiology, to the Quincy community since 1997. The practice partners with nearby hospitals including BID-Milton, South Shore Hospital, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Patients praise the kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant staff they've encountered, from doctors and nurse practitioners to lab technicians and triage nurses. Appointments are described as thorough, on-time, and professional, with a clean medical space and easy access to free parking. One patient who recently switched to this practice is very happy with the high level of customer service. However, one patient had a negative experience with a rude and unhelpful coordinator when calling about urgent care. Despite testing positive for COVID-19 at home, the patient did not receive a timely callback as promised. This contrasts sharply with the generally positive reviews of the practice's medical providers, including an exceptionally knowledgeable and effective physician assistant. Overall, Atrius Health Quincy Congress Street is well-regarded for its quality care and service.

I have been going to Atrius health for over 30 years, my Dr, Guy Spinnelli just retired but the transition was made so easy by them, great Doctors, Nurses and aids, I cannot say enough how easy they have made visits.

I just switched primary cares and this was my first time here. Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable and pleasant. Every interaction I had at my appointment was very pleasing.
Update I have had now over 5 appointments here and it really seems like they take customer service very seriously here.
