    THE WORST. Please do not engage with Granite unless you don't care for your wasted time and money. Unresponsive, Arrogant techs are just a top of an iceberg.

    Careful when working with these folks. They'll randomly just not pay you and ghost you. Get a valid credit card number as a back up before executing any service call for them. If you do a service call for them get their clients billing info so you can bill the client after payment term.
