Why do the front end employees hassle customers in the self check out? Last week one of the employees knocked light bulbs right out of my hands and then gave me a hard time about asking for a new package of light bulbs! Today the same woman grabbed my cart as I politely declined her help, then proceeded to talk shit about me to the next customer. This is why I typically try to go to Tractor Supply Company whenever possible!! Their customer service is FAR AND AWAY better. Next time I’ll make the 10 min drive, I’m sure they appreciate my thousands of dollars I spend for my lawn care business because clearly Home Depot does not!

Overall, Home Depot offers a good shopping experience with a wide selection of products and helpful staff. However, a major drawback is that many items are locked up, requiring assistance for each purchase. This significantly slows down the shopping process, especially when buying multiple items. While I understand the need for security, it would be great if they found a more efficient solution to streamline the experience.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I ordered an item online that was shipped to the store that’s not sold in stores. I come to pick it up customer gentlemen starts to look for the package the. Can’t find it he walks off don’t say anything comes back a few minutes later and says yea ‘Dev”. staged it so i don’t know where it’s at. Didn’t apologize nor get a manager etc. The issue is that i needed it today. Please do better in training your team with in customer service.

I went to checkout plant supplies from Home Depot. One of the clerks named Alfred asked me if I wanted to sign up for a membership with Home-depot for free. After he got my SSN info, rent info, etc, I asked him what all the information was for. He waited for me to submit my application and then told me it was for a credit card. I feel like I’ve been scammed and did not want a credit card. Alfred did not tell me it was for a credit card but a membership in the beginning. Now I have to try to cancel the credit card application because some clerk wanted to upsell me.

Lady with caribbean accent was refusing to cut the electrical wire because I didn't know "the number" of the wire, and I was just pointing to the wire. After 10min of arguing she reluctantly agreed to cut it but continued to insult me by saying:" you better call 911 when you use this wire". I will not be coming back here and I will take my business elsewhere

Well organized, well
Placed products. Clean. Staff generally knowledgeable. Returns can take a bit of a wait but return staff friendly but professional. On recent visit had problem with check out register. Check out lines SUCK - this location (and others I have been to) need HELP at checkout line to prevent the consistent LONG wait to check out & get on with your business.

No one ever knows where things are, what an item is called. Inexperienced workers for aure that do not know the industry craft or the store. And the neverrrrrrrr answer the constantly ringing phones. Hate to need to call there.
