Independence Laundry is top tier. They have in-person as well as pick up/ delivery, which is super convenient for me. Everything comes back clean, folded, and organized. Mike (the owner) truly cares about his customers and it shows. The ladies who work there are great, too. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Independence Cleaners in Quincy deserves a lot of credit for the way they run their business. Every time I’ve gone in, they’ve been clear, patient, and thorough about what they’re doing with my garments. They take the time to explain their process, what to expect, and how they handle different materials, which is something I really appreciate.
The quality of their cleaning is consistently excellent. My clothes come back looking and feeling fresh, and you can tell they take pride in the work they do. I recently had a small miscommunication that was completely on my end, and the way they handled it says everything about the kind of place this is. They were professional, understanding, and went out of their way to make things right without making it a big deal. That kind of customer service is hard to find.
I left feeling respected, taken care of, and confident in going back. Independence Cleaners has definitely earned my repeat business, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning with genuinely great people behind it.

We used this location for several weeks while our home W/D was being serviced. Can’t say enough positive things about this place! Great customer service and helpful staff, affordable prices, fantastic care in laundering our clothes, will always choose this laundering business over others.

The ladies that I typically see here are awesome. I typically come in every other Sunday, usually with my nonverbal autistic toddler and bestie. I come in with a household full of laundry and when setting it up in the *always* clean washers my little one runs around. It can be hectic for me and makes me anxious but the ladies love my toddler's energy and have NEVER made it seem like a bother that my kid is there curious and high energy. Stuff like that matters a lot to moms🖤 Every thing is clean and the employees are SO helpful and kind!

My washer recently broke down. I have read horror stories of several local laundromats with broken machines, dryers that don’t dry. Unattended, filthy places with homeless people, needles on the floor, etc. Independence is the cleanest place I’ve ever seen, reasonable prices, on site staff that are very friendly and helpful. I go during weekday afternoons and there’s always an available machine. The washers come in various sizes. I can’t say enough about this place. I watch the staff as they fold the drop off laundry and they are meticulous with the quality of their work. It may just be laundry but they work with pride and diligence. Six stars!!!!

Absolutely wonderful service. They’ve handled my oversized comforters with ease. As long as I bring them before 11am, I can get them back on the same day. They make laundry drop off and pickup simple! Highly recommend because there’s no one else in the area who is as efficient; I’ve looked!
