Joint Ventures PT has been a great experience for me. Hector (and Kieth) really interact well with their clients. both in training and reasoning for the exercises. Very granular in explanation but very clear in understanding. Outstanding! My story - I'm 70 years old and find it getting difficult to do all I have been doing. In particular, when I arrived at JVPT my right knee was not holding my weight consistently, my left arm was in so much pain it was often unusable, and I had real problems getting up off the floor.A couple months later these three issues are no longer dictating my lifestyle. There are surely issues of wear due to age and a lifetime of very little exercise, but I am better - I can do more. And I have a better understanding of what's going on with my body, and my limits have increased. And will increase more.I can't say enough good about this place - a very positive environment to get better in. I just had my last visit for now and we worked out a great home exercise plan. The kind I will actually do.

Joint Ventures in Quincy is great! I worked with Hector and he helped me get back to playing ultimate frisbee. This is the third time I’ve gone to PT for the same injury and the first time i worked with someone who took into account the level of activity I needed to perform (sprinting/cutting/jumping). I would highly recommend Joint Ventures.

I had some consistent back pain and was really nervous that I had a really bad injury prior to starting PT with Joint Ventures. Today was my last session (I did Physical Therapy for about 8 weeks) and I am totally pain free, stronger and more flexible. The staff was welcoming, helpful, knowledgable and helped me get back full fitness!

Can't say enough great things about Hector! I came to Hector after I wasted about 4-months at Spaulding Physical Therapy in Braintree. I had a number of injuries sustained from jiu jitsu and weightlifting. The plan I received from Spaulding was very generic, and the exercises didn't seem to help my injuries. After spinning my wheels and spending a lot of money needlessly, I decided it was time to go somewhere else. A little Google research and I found Hector. I noticed he was the strength & conditioning coach at a local MMA gym, so I figured he could at least understand my injuries. Very glad I came here! The difference in treatment style was readily apparent from my first interaction with Hector. Hector really listens to your concerns, what your goals are, and provides a scientifically backed action-plan. When Hector explains the exercises in my plan, even as a layman I am able to understand the reason we are doing a particular exercise. It's important for me to understand why I am doing a particular exercise -- and Hector is always willing to have an in depth discussion! What's more, I already came in with a workout routine that I liked -- and Hector worked around my routine to develop a plan that helped heal my injuries. I'm very happy to report that after almost 8-months off from the gym, I am finally back to my regular routine! Can't recommend Hector enough! If you've tried some other rehab places and it seems like progress has stalled or the workouts don't make sense - please try Hector! Or even better, start with Hector in the first place and don't waste your valuable time and money with sub-par treatment!

The staff at Joint Ventures are a breath of fresh air in an industry where there aren't many sure things. I've been with Keith for just about a year after facing a shoulder separation, and while there were times I faced much adversity, it was never from the staff here. I couldn't recommend going here enough.

I highly recommend Quincy Joint Venture for physical therapy, specifically working with Keith. As someone who had never tried PT before, I was pleasantly surprised to learn new strength training exercises with resistance bands and weights that I had never tried before. Previously, I had suffered from neck tightness since childhood, seeking treatment from various specialists including orthopedics, neurologists, and massage therapy, all to no avail. I even received botox in neck from a neurologist, which left me disabled for two months and fearful of future treatments. However, after a few visits to Joint Venture, I noticed significant improvement and was able to manage my neck problem with the prescribed exercises done regularly at home, in addition to biweekly PT sessions. After three months of consistent PT, I no longer experience daily neck tightness, which used to plague me for nearly 12 hours each day. I am amazed at the progress I have made, and am now motivated to incorporate weight and strength training along with group classes at the YMCA, using the foundation I learned at Joint Venture.Overall, I am grateful for Keith's expertise and guidance, and highly recommend Quincy Joint Venture for anyone seeking effective physical therapy.

Spent some great time with Keith working on my knee getting ready for the marathon. Visited him 3 weeks before the race, didn’t think i was going to be able to run until a few sessions with him … I felt right back to my normal training. His 18 year background made me comfortable showing up session after session putting the work in. Would recommend 12/10 times if you’re ever curious for a 2nd opinion. Will continue to work with him in the future even after the marathon this year.

I've been very happy with my experience at Joint Ventures. The staff is friendly and appointments were easy to schedule. Keith was very knowledgeable and I began to feel relief of my chronic neck and shoulder pain after the first appointment. Dry needling relieved several chronic knots in my shoulder and tricep. I have been diligent about doing the exercises at home and I can say that it is working.

I have went to a zillion PT specialist. Sorry to say a lot of them are just "BOOK" knowledge PT professionals (SORRY). Hector is amazing! Not only is he very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what he does, he understands the movements of my daily activities. I am a USA Olympic lifting certified coach and have coached of combat sports for 25 years. Hector is professional fighter and an Olympic lifter as well so i feel confident in his skills. Hector answers all my questions and explain the reasoning behind his exercise programming. at age 47, my mobility and years of injuries are beginning to have some hope of recovery!. Hector is the MAN!

After having a disappointing experience at another PT business, Keith was recommended to me. From day one my experience has been excellent. I am greeted on time and do a full 40 minutes of activity. Keith is professional, knowledgeable and very approachable. My every question and concern is answered and I always leave with exercises that are specifically crafted for my injury. I would highly recommend Keith and Joint Ventures Physical Therapy.

I rolled my ankle a few years ago and it never healed correctly, the past few years have been hard for me to motivate myself to run with Covid and injures. Allie has challenged me mentally and physically for the past 7 months. Before going to PT I would hesitate before heading out for a run which I would do once a week. Fast-forward to now im running with confidence and the past month I have ran over 40 miles. The entire staff at Joint Ventures Physical Therapy do an excellent job. They are very friendly, helpful, and well versed in helping their patients recover in a timely manner. THANK YOU Allie!
