Made an appointment for 2:15 and showed up at 2:05. Waited till 235 to be sat in a chair. Waited another twenty minutes till the water in the pedicure bowl was ice cold till a girl came over and upsold me to the most expensive service. I agreed- hoping that if I showed I had money they’d help me. Then I waited another twenty mins for someone to come over and try to tell me she’d be with me soon- at this point it’s an hour past the time I booked- and I have to get my kids at 430- and since I was upsold now I’d be paying the absolute most for a service that would have to be rushed —- awful I tried to pay something for sitting there but I walked out. They just schedule appts even if there’s no one to provide service.

My name is Zoey and I love luxury Nails!! Everyone is so welcoming and kind as soon as you enter in. 10/10 customer service! All the ladies are talented. Tammy is the mail tech I visit and she is soo sweet and awesome at what she does! I would 100 % recommend coming here!

I have received hundreds of pedicures. I am a straight male in his 40’s and I think that everyone should go get pedicures as who wants to look at someone’s gross feet?!!. This place was as good as it gets. Reasonably priced, and you def get your bang for your buck! Highly recommend!

Been going here for about a year or 2. I don’t go anywhere else for my pedicure. I recently developed a fungus on both toe nails. I’ve never ever had this occur to me. It’s such a bummer because I really enjoyed this place but after this, I will never step foot in that place again.
