Since 1992, Maria Droste Counseling Services has provided exceptional outpatient mental health counseling to individuals, couples, adolescents, children, and families across Massachusetts. We provide professional services addressing a wide spectrum of needs from anxiety and depression to trauma resolution, grief therapy and relationship issues. Our integrated and holistic approach incorporates various functional modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and more complementing our team's expertise.
