I was able to do a walk-in which was convenient but the receptionist was extremely rude for no reason. She was unpleasant and made my experience poor. They should consider putting someone else there to be the face of the establishment.

I made an appointment a few days in advance because I am heavily pregnant and just needed the closest, quickest help with my car I could find. I explained the issue in detail on the form on the website, showed up for my appointment and was told they can't help me today because they "don't do check engine lights on weekends" and said they didn't know that's what I needed ...I put that the check engine light was on in the description of the problem... they said they don't see the description of the problem when the appointment is made?? And "check engine light" isn't even an option from their menu so I couldn't have put it where they said they needed it to go to see it. Waste of time.

Easily made an appointment for an oil change online. In the diagnostics they told me I needed all my brake pads and rotors replaced and estimated 1800 for all the work I “needed.” Brought to a local shop who said my brakes were fine, just needs my front pads only replaced and quoted me $200 for the work. Just trying to squeeze money out of you.

Hit a bump in an old car. Suddenly it sounded like a muscle car, in a bad way and without the power. Dropped it off the next morning soon as they opened without an appointment. The had me back on the road the next afternoon and running better than ever. Friendly service and not too pushy to get you to do things that may not be necessary. And the provide detailed updates from what needs to be addressed, where they are in the process. Aswell as everything they've done upon completion. All in all, I'm a satisfied customer. Spent a bit more than I anticipated. But what can you do.

I was not informed up front that my options would be either 1] pay labor charge for my "free inspection" - {I would have left immediately}. or 2] do the repair. Feel like I got scammed since they do not tell you this before you hand over your keys, and then they told me I have some more items to repair that were unrelated and not requested. Felt pressured into overpaying [literally 1/2hr for them to do the work] because I was going to have to pay something either way. so, I went with option 2 and then expect me to return to finish the job, but they won't price that additional cost until they take a '2nd look'...yeah, ok. Meineke should work more on [before you hand your keys] upfront transparent consumer charges and less on the mansplaining. Will never return... just another predatory auto service corp.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! They quoted a very expensive price for brake work. Best to go elsewhere and save some money

This place is a total ripoff. The receptionist will tell you one price over the phone and when you pick up the car it’s triple that. Then the owner will proceed to call you a liar and threaten you. If you’re a woman don’t go here!

Really expensive. make sure to ask for the price beforehand because they do business without telling you the price, so you shouldn't be surprised afterwards. they charged me $53 to fix the hole in my tire. Walk in and appointment same thing for this store. Don’t take it so seriously.

My was blowing hot air. I went Meineke because it was free check. They told me my gas tank was empty and 90% of time, this problem is caused by low levels of gas and found out it is not related to the gas, the compressor is not working. They charged me $290 for the gas. If it’s a free check, everything should be included in order to find the root cause of the problem. What they did trial and error. Let’s fill the gas and cross our fingers it works. If I wanted to have this kind of inspection, I would buy a $50 gas tank from auto zone and go the local mechanic. If the only way to understand the compressor problem is to fill the gas, they could have filled the gas to some extend at least, instead of filling it up completely. They also told me they will charge $1600 for the new compressor plus $290 to fill it up AGAIN. In the end, it cost me $300 for them to understand my problem. Therefore, it wasn’t FREE CHECK. Chris - from store- called me kindly and tried to explain the situation from his perspective. Today one of the customer service member from Meineke Corporate called me. While I was sharing my thoughts, she hung up the phone before I finished.

I went here on June 7th about my brakes
they said they were in good condition
I went back June 15th about another issue
my check engine light was on.. I thought on that day my car would be in and out.. but I had issues with the evap canister and brake booster… parts had to be replaced… although on this day I was visibly upset and was told that they sensed a bit of hostility.. yes I was upset because I was told I was going to be charged $$ just for 2 different diagnostic procedures and they don’t do those on a Saturday… so I dropped my car off Sunday night only to get the response call Monday
and that things needed to be replaced and that they were waiting for the parts….I was told 3 days and it ended up being a week
they didn’t even address the other issues that I wanted to round out all the issues that I was having with the car…I paid a heavy price for the repair.. the man who originally met me day one remembered me.. I must of given a terrible impression because when I went to pick up the car he told me the least and didn’t really explain exactly what was done..he really didn’t even look me in the face while talking with me.. he simply took my payment
and I never got the resolution that I was looking for.. I definitely won’t be giving my key to Mieneke again to quote the commercial.. I was left without transportation for a week.. I would of thought that while waiting for the parts they would of fixed the other issues that I ask them to check when I got the initial phone call but they didn’t… my car sat while they waited
and I still have the initial problem and if anyone of the techs took the car for a test drive they would hear what I heard and adjust or replace parts in the brakes… no they didn’t they just fixed what they had to fix and
it definitely was not a pleasant experience
I was not treated with compassion… nothing was explained… although the mechanics are very good at their job I am only happy to get my vehicle back…
