Rude, non welcoming, not helpful and poorly spoken English..these are the reasons I will NEVER go back into this store! The blond woman was hard to understand, she was short with her responses, did not want to unlock my phone, then she suspended my service for no reason and did not tell me! I missed a call with my Army Sergeant Son who is overseas fighting the freedom of others. CLOSE THIS STORE!

If I could put a 0 I would , I see other reviews about this same woman scamming people. She saw my fiance coming from a mile away. I say this because she said “ nice truck I like it” (2022 Silverado) so she assumed he had money. Gave him all these “free items” headphones, speaker , etc. and gave no receipt, was very flirtatious and kept leaving to go in the back. He finally just got a receipt 3 months later and shows he was charged for all the items. When he goes in the store they literally laugh at him. And over the phone customer service says they can’t do anything and that he has to go to that specific store.This store needs to be investigated ASAP. They’re scamming customers and they close the store when it’s supposed to be open all the time.

Gave me a phone number that has Spanish people n spam calls constantly. I can't even call Xfinity cuz it goes straight to Spanish speaking auto system n I can't change until the previous owner takes down his Xfinity account! My phone is slow at typing and misspells words!

TERRIBLE customer service stay clear of this place. This place/ company is SO inconsistent about basic principles. Went in the other day to just change my service from one phone to another, I walked out because the lack of respect for the customer. Went to the metro in the Braintree mall and walked into ANOTHER headache. DO BETTER METRO. The ONLY metro that I have ever been satisfied with is the one in the South Bay shopping center they treat you like a person there.

If I could leave a zero star I would, I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years and decided to open a line with metro from daughter, I asked for the 55 dollar plan and was change 65 because she added in hd streaming when she never asked me the total came up to 95 and some change I asked her why it was so expensive and she said because of activation, when I went home and looked at the receipt I realized she charged me almost 30 dollars for a wireless Bluetooth head set with mic, I called 611 and explained what happened. They credited me the 10$ for the streaming but said I would have to go I store to get a refund for the headset I went the next day and she laughed at me and didn’t want to give me the refund the gentle man next to her gave it to me after I explained the situation, this store is a scam 0 out of 10 recommend. But if you do go please check your receipts before leaving.

I wish I got the name of the woman. I walked into the store 3.5.24. I tell her I was in London and got a UK sim card. Now that im back the t-mobile sim inst working. I tell her I restarted the phone and I need a new sim. she takes my phone and a moment later tells me it was registered to another sim. I say yes, and explain the UK bit again. She then ask if I paid the bill. I tell her always. She then ask if I restarted the phone? I say yes. I need a new sim. She looks up the account and says the number on my phone is a +44 number. I say yes, that a UK number. She then disappears for 10 minutes as I wait there. She tells me to come back another day. But I stay there asking for a new sim card. It finally dawns on her. "Lets see if a new Sim card works?" After that it works. I hope this location closes.

Do not go to this store, they have horrible customer service, if you go believe me you will regret. I was there for 2 hours before someone asked me what I wanted to do. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

A employee named POLY had terrible customer service and treated my children and I like we were garbage. Disregared my politeness and was super rude , assuming and not letting me explain what I needed. She told me I could not get what I needed here , then after being told I called and asked she then called her manager and proceeded to be rude , didn't apologize and told me to wait for her Manger he was bringing Sim cards because hers didn't work . 2 separate couples came in after us and got treated with great respect, smiling ,engaging and happy to help. I don't appreciate the discrimination my family and I received from POLY. She should not have a job if she's going to pick and choose who she treats with respect. We are all going through stuff the other does not know about. Therfore we should be kind to one another.
