Pet Supplies Plus Quincy is a favorite local pet store with every thing needed for all pets. The store is always clean, organized, and easy to navigate. It has a great selection, including an enormous amount of discounted clothes and toys, and offers the best pricing on its store brand. The business also participates in local adoption events and has live animals in store. There is a self serve dog wash in house as well. The staff is consistently amazing, friendly, and helpful. Employees go out of their way to help, offering great advice and going above and beyond with wonderful customer service skills. They help customers get the best deals to make a budget stretch far and are happy to assist with carrying and loading items. Shoppers feel like the only customer in the store when asking for assistance, enjoying a great experience without the hassle. The team works hard to keep the place running well, creating a pleasant and energetic atmosphere where employees are happy and enjoy their work. Many customers consider it their pet store for life.
Although their prices are higher than online stores (Chewy, etc.) they will price match so I prefer to shop at a neighborhood store like Pet Supplies Plus. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
