Convenient location. They have everything you need for your pet. The staff are very informative and helpful. He was able to give good advice and answer come questions pertaining to kittens. Also gave me a very valuable tip regarding cat litter.

Location is hard to get to with all the construction. Parking is minimal. Selection isn’t great. It’s a smaller location but it gets the job done!

Quincy Petco. The Manager Robert (she, her) is uncooperative, unable to handle service requests, and does not represent the best interests of the customer. Why buy from Petco when they do not honor the purchase. Their items are full retail priced when online purchases are guaranteed. Petco 60-day blanket limit on new purchase credits? We were out of country and unable to return unopened leash and collar because "Robert" was not customer focused. What happened to taking care of loyal customers? I'm buying my pet stuff from their competitor from now on.

I went in with my new puppy and she’s never been to a groomer before. She’s also my first dog, so it’s all new to me as well. The check in was quick and easy, and pickup was as well. I got an email, a text, and a phone call when my dog was ready for pickup. She looked like a new dog! Mackenzie did a great job and I think we’ll be going there for the foreseeable future!

I took my dog for grooming their, first time they clipped his nail to short and was bleeding for an hour after we left. I thought ok maybe it was my dog being their first time. Soo I said I'll try again, this time he came home and hasn't been comfortable since he got home. He's winning and crying which HE has NEVER DONE.
This is today the 23rd . I most likely will now have to take him to emergency vet in the morning if his behavior doesn't change.
Not sure what happened or how he was during his grooming, but something is definitely wrong. He was fine when I dropped him off.
So not very happy at ALL . I will not be taken him back and I will be contacting management tomorrow.
Sorry but somehow something happened during his visit for grooming.
Disappointed for sure.

The store is pretty much average. Can't find a lot of the things in store which are online. The betta selection is very low plus their poorly maintained. Visit the store in avon twice in three days and found two dead betta on display.

Petco is the best place i have found to go for my pet supplies for cat, small animals, and fish. The employees work hard to give you the best experience. It's a tough job but they're great and deserve raises. Would go again.

I literally waited a half hour at the Aquatics area with no help. All I wanted was one and I had to go to the front counter twice to ask for service. I asked a lady for help and she told me she was on break. I left Highly unsatisfied
