Getting there was extremely easy, I was about 15 minutes late and the system gave me the option to reschedule my appointment for an hour later. I decided to wait in the waiting room and then the location was not very busy so the nurses performed the procedure well before I expected to wait. The place is very clean, organized and welcoming. Excellent customer service. My only complaint is that my Verizon internet service had connection issues inside the location.

Horrible experience. Rude, unprofessional staff. I’ve never had such a poor experience getting blood drawn but the massive bruise and throbbing arm is plenty to ensure I never return here. Please, go elsewhere!!

The self-check-in process was great. VERY easy to understand and complete. I'm a boomer and it was easy for me. The staff were SOOO helpful, responsive and efficient. It was a hectic day with a full booking schedule and several walk-ins and they handled everyone with efficiency and good humor. The office was clean and easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Donna helped me, and she was warm and professional. I felt well cared for.

Here for an employer drug test and over a 2 hour wait, staff is so rude one other person waiting but I won’t be seen prior to 1130. This is crazy avoid quest at all cost!

Very unprofessional phlebotomist. As a medical professional from my understanding should be taking before anyone. They took 2 patients before me. She ask how many drop off I have witch was 6 she said she cant do that right now and proceeded to take the next patient. Her name is Dawna very rude

Horrible experience. They are so rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. I will never go there anymore. Firstly they should learn polite behavior and professionalism before offering services.

I rushed directly from my appointment at the Minute Clinic to get here 10 minutes before they closed, which understandably was very last minute, but I assumed they would be able to get my bloodwork done quickly before closing time even hit. Instead, I was turned away saying that they're closed. If you're not going to be accepting patients after a certain time, update your hours to account for that. It would not have taken over 10 minutes to draw my blood even with the most beginner of phlebotomists. I will not be returning to this location, though I'm sure they are celebrating over 1 less person to have to do their job for.

Donna was so nice and I’m grateful for her care. Due to traffic I arrived to my appt late during closing time. Donna still took me in and drew my blood even though she didn’t need to. Truly made an already hard day much better. Thanks Donna!

This Quest location is conveniently located right by my doctor and close to my pharmacy. This branch is clean, takes appointments and walk-ins. I always make an appointment and find that they get me in in a timely fashion. All the women here are kind and friendly. I do however, have a favorite, Donna. I usually get her as my phlebotomist and she ALWAYS gets my blood on the first poke. She’s awesome!

Horrible staff, that can't clarify how long their processes will take and instead blame the patient and say "it depends on how long the patient will take" while I'm sitting and waiting for them to finish the paperwork right in front of me and they still can't give me an estimate of how long that would take. Horrible service - this can't be health"care"

Bloodwork was quick and easy. The ladies in there were great and very hardworking. The only downside was the wait time while already having a scheduled appointment.

This place is ghetto. Everyone is rude. I have to come here only cause my job requires me too, if I could choose somewhere else I would. No one greets you. No one assists you. They’re too busy socializing amongst themselves. Didn’t know they get paid for just talking amongst each other. HR should check on that. When they do talk to you it’s all attitude and just very rude.
