Went in to get pre approved for an auto loan. Alyssa was very helpful and didn’t pressure me into anything. She made sure the process was easy and understandable. I was skeptical with the recent reviews but I was greeted with professionalism at the front desk and with Alyssa.

Follow up on previous review…**I received a phone call from QCU stating that the 1099 was sent out in error and I would be receiving an amended statement. I appreciate the call from QCU and that this mistake will be rectified.

We have been working with Amanda in the loan dept. for our Home Equity line of credit over the past few years. She is absolutely incredible. If you are looking for someone who cares about her customers, this woman is your go to. We cannot say enough good things about her.
