I called to inquire about home mortgage loan and got transferred to 3 different people and received 3 different answers to a simple ptocess question and was also told that they are short staffed. I heard the employees are unappreciated for their hardwork, lack of support due to chaotic policies and procedures from management and just tired of the hostile work environment. The employees that really do the hard work to support the community are low salaried but I guess QCU have to save money so the CEO can do showers inside his office!! Yes, QCU fails to compensate decent wages and refused to pay earned benefits for hard working and dedicated employees but they built a shower inside the CEO's office!! I plan to do a survey around local businesses who provide personal showers for CEO's office!!! Just an honest opinion.

QCU is a joke. i went in there for fraud on my card, and asked to speak to the manager as it was the 2nd time within a month this has happened to me. i was very nice and not aggressive. i just wanted a better explanation as to why it keeps happening, as i am sick of getting new debit card numbers. the representative i was with was extremely nice, but could not get the manager to come out. and it just so happens the office i was in was right near the manager's office. i overheard her telling the rep "tell him i am in a meeting, i don't want to deal with that right now" oh... I am sorry, you don't want to deal with your job? super unprofessional. i felt bad for the rep, as you should not have a manager that does not want to deal with people. in that case, get a work from home job. needless to say, I closed my account and i now bank elsewhere.

QCU considers the cash back from their credit card as taxable interest!!! I received a 1099-INT form for $48.00. They said it was because it was deposited into my $5.00 saving account. BEWARE!!! The IRS is going to think I have a LOT of money in the bank!!!! **I received a phone call from QCU stating that the 1099 was sent out in error and I would be receiving an amended statement. I appreciate the call from QCU and that this mistake will be rectified.

Based on my experience, the business has demonstrated unreliability, and I've consistently encountered issues with overdraft fees despite having sufficient funds account. As well as very Poor customer service and rude representatives. Go ahead and throw away all of your hard-earned money !

We have been working with Amanda in the loan dept. for our Home Equity line of credit over the past few years. She is absolutely incredible. If you are looking for someone who cares about her customers, this woman is your go to. We cannot say enough good things about her.

I agree with the previous review about no customer service and this credit union is worried about making money for themselves then having good customer service. Why did 4 different employee answer my question about a policy with 4 different answers and when I ask to see it written since so much confusion they say they’ll contact me and then didn’t even ask for my contact….

Close way too early on Saturday. 12:30? As if nobody works on saturday and can waltz in anytime in the morning. they should at least be open until 1pm to allow someone who has an hour lunch break get in. Most banks close on 1 on saturdays - some not until 2 or 3.

Went to put money in my account I had to go to the ladies room so bad. After convincing the Teller to ask her supervisor I was told I could use the bathroom went to the front desk to find out where it was. She said no you can't use the bathroom. We don't have a public bathroom you're gonna have to talk to my boss. There was five women Standing there talking told me to go across the street to the restaurant there was no public bathroom so rude if I did not put my money in the bank, I would not have asked for the bathroom if we have money in your bank you should at least give us a bathroom. I'm a 62 year old woman who has been at that bank for 20 years rude

Have been banking here 15 years, and will be closing my account ASAP. They outsource all their banking resources to third party companies, offer little in customer service and make the banking process more difficult and convoluted than necessary. Too bad, was once a small, reliable bank but has been on autopilot for years.

On QCU website it states they are part of the Shared Branching Network. My bank is DCU & I needed to make a deposit in Quincy to my bank. Went to QCU on Quincy Ave & was told they are NOT part of Shared Branching Network. I told them it stated on their website that they were & was told the website was wrong & they couldn't even access the network.So I had to go to the Mass Bay CU on Hancock St & they took my deposit with no problem whatsoever. You should fix your website. I wasted my time & gas

This bank is terrible. Go elsewhere. Their overdraft policy and fees are ridiculous. The fact they still have them should tell you everything you need to know.
