Staff very knowledgeable, no pressure in buying a vehicle. Also, salesmen dress in jackets n ties. I've been to dealers that were too casual and too pushy. Thanks, your establishment was well worth the recommendation by my brother. He bought/ordered new last year, I bought new this year.

Went to herb chambers ford with a key to be programmed and they try to give me the run around that I would need to do other services so they program the key which would total to 800 just to program it. Took my truck back from them immediately and I called Quirk and spoke with Chi who was a pleasure to deal with and told me to bring the truck right in no need for an appointment unlike 99% of other dealers that can’t get you in for days. Once I go in Mike the service manager personally looked at my car after I told him my experience at herb chambers and was able to solve the issue within 20 mins. Do yourself a favor and see Chi and Mike over at Quirk ford they will make your life a lot easier.

My wife and I recently visited Quirk Ford in Quincy, MA to buy a 2023 Bronco Sport. The whole process was seamless from the test drive to pickup within 48 hours. Dave and Kyle on the tech team were very helpful; showing all of the features of the vehicle and Ford Pass app. Our sales associate, Thomas, was friendly and knowledgeable. With a few phone calls and messages he made the process totally stress free. Will definitely be recommending Quirk Ford to anyone searching for a new vehicle!

brought my 2014 Ford focus in for a transmission control module under warranty Couric mechanics for Ford said that wasn’t the problem I sense got what I needed and put it in and my car runs perfectly fine. They are all just out to take advantage of the consumer Quirk Ford is notorious for that.

I dropped my 2021 Bronco Sport off at Quirk Ford a month ago because it was making a horrible rattling noise. Anytime I would hit a bump it sounded like the bottom of the car was going to fall out. While dropping it off the man at the front desk asked if I had anything in the trunk to which I responded, yes a trunk organizer with some cleaning supplies and reusable grocery bags. The man at the desk explained that oftentimes people confuse a rattling noise with things in their trunk. I assured him it was definitely not my trunk organizer as I have had it for a while and the noise was new and worsening with time. Ford called me 4 days later saying nothing was wrong with my car and that it was because of the organizer in my trunk. I explained over the phone that there was no possible way that noise was due to the organizer in my trunk. Clearly the mechanics thought because I am a woman they could get away with brushing this off and said they "completely checked under the car and put it up on the lift and everything looked perfect". A week later I bring the car back and tell them I have been driving around with nothing in the trunk and the noise is still there, if not worse. They then (after speaking to my father because they would not take me seriously as a woman) told me that it was the shocks and they would replace them under warranty. I get a call back 4-5 days later saying that the shocks were replaced but the noise is still there (THE NOISE THEY SAID DID NOT EXIST AT FIRST AND WAS BEING CAUSED BY MY TRUNK ORGANIZER). Now they tell me that I have a dent in my muffler pipe (which they are now only just finding? After putting it on the lift and saying everything looked perfect) and it will cost $3,700 to replace the muffler. I said absolutely not and picked it up, sounding worse than it ever did before. I took the Bronco to a mechanic in Hanover who told me that the muffler itself is fine and that the pipe needed to be refitted and welded, which he did for $180 dollars and it sounds perfect now. Every person I encountered at this Ford dealership was either incompetent or trying to rip me off because I am a female. My family owns two 2021 Bronco Sports and we will never buy a Ford again.

Great business. Had an easy experience with them. As someone who is loyal to Ford I would highly recommend this place.Especially the parts department. I had a great experience with a gentleman named Rob. Very knowledgeable and always put me to the right place.

Bought my last 3 F-250's from them and couldn't be happier with the way I've been treated by them. Bobby was fantastic and definitely recommend buying your vehicles here ?

2015, Ford F150 V6 echo boost. I would give this vehicle 0 stars if I could. the moonroof almost never worked rights after a year of use. now when it opens it snaps back and squeaks loudly when its closed. brought it in about 5 times for this. I gave up on getting it fixed so it stays closed. 3 years later the springs in the front seat broke which in turn broke the heating mechanism and now 8 years later it needs a new transmission which will run anywhere from 4 to 8k. oh and by the way, the rim chrome tires are pealing. not to mention the engine light and check wrench light has been on and off over the past 3 years. overall just an awful vehicle to purchase and this cost 40k when I bought it. this vehicle is the purest form of crap with 4 wheels.

Quirk Ford was by far the most accessible dealer to work with. Although they had an incredible inventory, I did not find exactly what I wanted. I placed an order which arrived sooner than expected. Of all the dealers, big and small, they were the only dealer willing to work with me on this, and they made it easy. Figure out what you want, then talk to Tusani Parague before you buy your next Ford. You will be pleased.

As of 5/3/2023 Quirk Ford is not servicing any new customers (aka folks who haven't purchased vehicles from Quirk, or folks who haven't gotten service there previous to this new rule). Unfortunately, this is not listed on their website at all - as it let me make an appointment as a new customer and I took 1.5 hours out of my day to get turned away at the office.Leaving 2 stars because at least the person I spoke to in the office was very friendly.EDIT: In response to the owner's reply. You are certainly welcome to have whatever policy is suited for your customer base, I understand that. My issue is that it was not communicated to me anywhere in the appointment making process until I was physically there in person. I deeply suggest to avoid further new customer disappointment that you just update the website to reflect this policy in a more obvious way. (I did call directly with this same feedback, and was told that several others have called with the same feedback but management has not addressed it yet, so I posted here to save others a headache). Thanks for the response, and I hope it is sorted in the future for others!

I am writing this review on behalf of my dad a Disabled Vietnam Veteran. I am writing this review on behalf of my dad a Disabled Vietnam Veteran. I am absolutely beside myself in the blatant disrespect shown to my dad from the service advisors at this dealership. My dad purchased a brand new 2019 Ford Ranger brand new. He had nothing but issues since he drove it off the lot. It has been to this service department too many times to even count. It has been there on 4 separate occasions (every 5-7,000 miles) for check engine light. Needed a new cat converter every single time. So 26,000 miles and he is on his FOURTH cat. Obviously, something is wrong there. Service advisors were always less than helpful in finding what is actually causing the cat to get burnt out. Anyway, he brought his truck there on 4/14 to for check engine light. They gave him a rental car with ¾ tank of gas. The advisor even stated it doesn’t have a full tank of gas. My dad went in on 4/19 to pick up his vehicle after they finally completed the repair. We put gas in on the way and the tank was now over ¾ of a tank. We get to the dealership and the advisor states you didn’t fill the tank. My dad said it wasn’t full when I got it and you even told me that. The advisor continued to argue with my dad and said he had to charge him for gas. My dad didn’t want to argue as he knew he was all set with this dealership. He went to his truck and opened the door and first thing he noticed was a terrible b.o. smell. He then saw the driver’s seat reclined all the way back. He proceeded to open the windows because the stench was so overbearing. He then noticed that the charging port he has never once used in his truck was open. He then opened the console to see it had been gone through and this charger adapter was missing. He went back in to speak to the advisor who continued to say there was nothing he could do. No apology, no offer to try to find my dad’s missing item, no offer to clean the vehicle, absolutely nothing. We have all had issues at one time or another with this dealership, but this is absolutely unexpectable!! Do not go to this dealership. Every single review is correct. They don’t know what they are doing, they are rude, they are wicked expensive, they take FOREVER to complete repairs. Probably the worst dealership I have ever been to. To disrespect people is unacceptable but to disrespect a Veteran is even worse.

DO NOT GO HERE TO SERVICE YOUR CAR!!! I’ve been getting my car serviced here for over two years now, and when I went in for an oil change it turned out to be a $600 trip. They overcharged for everything claiming it was a 90k mile check up. But that was not the icing on the cake, they wanted to replace my brake pads and calipers for $1,800, when I said no they basically told me the car wouldn’t be drivable if I didn’t get it done the next day. When I went to a different ford to get the car checked for what they claimed needed to be done they told me just the brake pads, calipers are completely fine and they charged me $300. Quincy Ford blatantly takes advantage of long term customers!!!Reply to that response below: you quoted me 1,800 dollars… when I went to another FORD they quoted me $300 for the brakes, if I needed calipers it would be another $100-$300…. Still not adding up to $1,800, right?! Stop over charging customers!!
