Called twice today in an attempt to purchase a vehicle . Called sales First time no one answered phone after numerous rings . Second call numerous rings finally someone answered no conversation, immediately put me on hold and never came back on phone . Guess I won’t be going here or recommend using them to anyone in the future !!

We bought a brand new car here 4 years ago. There appears to be an issue with the computer/entertainment system so it reboots every 3-5min making callls, radio, and nav all unusable. They “can’t do anything” beyond us paying for a new part when this is not something we broke, and is a common issue. I’m disappointed in their response to this issue and cannot recommend them or a Mazda at this time. When talking to friends and family I’ve heard great things about the local Ford and Buick dealerships!

I just bought a 2019 Mazda3 at Quirk Mazda three days ago and I couldn't be happier. David Perry was my salesperson. David was very easygoing, listened to everything I wanted in the car and was able to find the exact car with all of the add ons that I wanted. The sales manager Dennis was also extremely helpful with again absolutely NO PRESSURE to buy right then and there, which I have experienced at other dealerships in the past. Dennis was able to accommodate the value requested for my trade in, the annual APR on the loan, and some price adjustments on the vehicle. Dennis had everything laid out in terms of pricing and down payment and there was no nonsense with the financials. Very, very helpful all around and I'm very satisfied with the overall stress free experience of buying a brand new vehicle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mazda vehicles and Quirk Mazda as the dealership. If you live on the south shore or close to Quincy and are in the market for a Mazda go see David and Dennis!!!

I requested a price through the internet on a car in their inventory on Thursday. I spoke with the salesperson that day, she gave me a lease price and I told her I'd be there Saturday morning to finalize. I received an email on Friday confirming my appointment and spoke with the dealership twice before I left my house on Saturday morning. When I arrived at the dealership, they tell me the car was sold but that they have the higher trim level available. I told them I wasn't looking to spend a lot more than they quoted me and they tell me they see what they can do. Then they tell me the price they quoted me on the phone included upfront costs (over $1000) that were never mentioned previously, as much as the salesperson wants to insist she did. I wouldn't have driven 45 minutes to pay them $1000 in upfront costs. Whether it was dishonesty, poor communication, or shady tactics, I'd never consider this dealer again. Completely wasted my time.
