I came into the Quirk Mazda Dealership this past Sunday afternoon, and I am beyond grateful I did. 5/5 customer service. I had a lot to learn regarding leasing and buying a vehicle and Victor Cirino was a beyond stellar, professional, educated, and transparent employee to work with. He truly cares about the best option FOR YOU. What you are able to afford, what you want to drive, and what makes the most logical sense. Victor made it easy to say yes. I had full faith I was being led in the right direction with full transparency and integrity. Once my deal was made Victor had me in my new vehicle LESS THAN 24 hrs later. He was prompt and efficient with his time- not over promising and definitely not under delivering. The day I picked up my car, he again showed 10/10 professionalism and empathy. He explained every feature of my new vehicle.I am extremely pleased with the customer service and true integrity here at Quirk Mazda. I have had this CX5 for less than 2 years less than 16,000 miles on it and the rotors on the break are completely rusted! I had a Corolla for 10 years never had this issue before. Brought it to the dealer quirk Mazda in Quincy MA and they refuse to take accountability that this vehicle should not be having these issues and and The service manager Kimberly Mulrey was nasty condescending and rude. When I told her how dissatisfied I was she proceeded to tell me to go to a different dealer that they are independently owned and she was refusing to service me.The service department is corrupt and gave me an used tire as a replacement yet charged me for a new one. I saw online so many people with the same issue with this vehicle and seems like the dealers do nothing but lie to people thieves and scammers avoid like plague. If you buy a car from here you WILL regret it!

I asked them to change the wipers, change one tire and troubleshoot the engine. I came back a week later(7 days) and the one single tire wasn't changed so I had to wait there. The wipers are the wrong size. And I was charged for service on the engine when my car is still under manufacturer warranty.Customer service was also not on point. After dropping my car off on a Thursday I was told by Michael he'll call me on Friday with an update. No call from Michael on Friday so I called back on Saturday. After speaking to Michael on Saturday he said he would call me on Monday but never did. Knowing that I would not be getting any updates over the phone I drove there in person on Thursday the following week to find out the lack of competency mentioned above.Edit: added a photo of the wipers. Apparently they charged me for two and only replaced the one with the wrong size.Edit#2: added a photo where the warranty says parts and labor is covered.

Watch these guys. Dan Quirk and his bunch of thieves advertise one thing and then change it around once you get there. They will talk on the phone if they feel that you can outsmart them they put you on hold and never get back on,letting you sit there waiting for them. It is sad that they can get away with this but it is what it is. All they need is a straw hat and a cane with the hook on the end to lure you into their dealerships.

I had a great experience at Quirk thanks to Rachel's accommodation! Despite a minor financial hiccup, Rachel was able to help me get my paperwork done and made sure that whatever solution I settled on was the most convenient for me. She also communicated with me frequently on the status of my car and the paperwork. I am more than satisfied with my purchase and my dealership choice! I will gladly recommend Quirk to anyone I know who is interested in buying a vehicle.

I have had the worst experience when car shopping in the past, so of course I assumed I would have the same experience here......was I sooooo wrong! I can't express enough my gratitude for my salesman Anthony Valdez, who literally made this the most pleasant and seamless process ever! He was courteous, patient, and kind, and took his time explaining everything to me ensuring I understood the entire process step by step. I could not have asked for a better person and I am so glad I got to work with him!Picking up my car was also just a great experience!!! I had the pleasure of being helped by Josh who not only showed me all the cool features my car has, but took the time to answer all my questions, programmed my phone to my car, and made sure I had no additional questions but told me if I did call him and he'd be happy to help anytime!!! These 2 staff made this such a great experience and I will definitely be recommending any of my friends who are looking for cars to them!! Thank you both so much for making this process such a good one!!!!

I have worked with the sales team twice and have had the BEST experience! I recently got a 2023 Mazda CX5 and then got in a car accident where my car was totaled. I came right back here and worked with Anthony again. Anthony made me feel so much better, and I walked away with another Mazda that day! Highly recommend using this dealership and requesting for Anthony.

During our weekend visit, we encountered an arrogant salesperson wearing Hermes belt who failed to make us feel welcomed. Instead of offering a seat, we were left standing for 20 minutes. Despite our interest in purchasing a car, we were informed that we needed to wait 6 weeks and pay in full. When we inquired about making a deposit and paying upon the car's arrival, our request was denied citing "company policy", “had bad experience before”. Due to the unwelcoming experience, we decided to purchase the car from a different dealership.

Visited this dealership on a Saturday as expected for most when looking into a new vehicle, I was told to work with Victor who was just about as far from helpful as a person could be. I told him what price I was hoping to be at in a specific trim of the CX-30. After he kept me waiting for just about two hours came back with a number double that price blaming that they only have higher end trims available. When I stated I couldn’t afford this price and it would have been nice to know the vehicle I was hoping for wasn’t even available I was met with arrogance and poor behavior. I will travel hours to any other Mazda dealerships before coming back here. To note I also went to herb chambers Honda directly after and was immediately greeted and helped…even on a Saturday.

I came here after having run into several bad experiences with various dealerships. I was immediately welcomed by the manager at Quirk and paired with Kevin. He made this process so incredibly easy, he did not try to upsell, and he was very honest about the features and prices on the car. He had multiple opportunities where he could have squeezed some extra money out of me and he was honest about what was and wasn't a good idea for me and my driving lifestyle. He was personable and easy to have a conversation with and he was a genuine person - which you don't find often in dealerships these days. If you go, definitely ask for Kevin!

I have leased a third CX-5 with this location and ive been well taken care of each time. Since the pandemic the process is even more simplified. My last couple renewals have been with Rachel. She is great to work with! She asks you what your looking for and is very patient while your trying to make a decision. And trust that if something unexpected happens in the process, she will take initiative to get it taken care of for you. You will be in good hands! Going in for service, I always feel like family, the staff is great! The space is beautiful-I always feel good abt my investment with Quirk! The body shop is also GREAT!! Very efficient and great customer service!! I appreciate the team over there as well.

This is for the service side as I have not purchased a car here. I have been bringing my 2016 Mazda here for years and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I never feel like they try to push any extras on me and if there is any service recommended they take the time to explain what it is for. In the 7 years I have been a customer I have seen the same employees working at the front desk which I think says a lot about the company and how they treat employees. Dave is usually my advisor and he is great! I also love that they send a video overview of what they are doing with your car and point out any problem areas (if there are any) that we otherwise would not be able to see. Thank you Quirk Mazda Quincy team!

I had a terrible experience at Quirk Mazda and would not recommend coming here. I had problems with my Mazda CX5 battery and the physical key not matching the car. Not only did they not fix the key and replaced the battery but did not look into why the car died in the first place. Since I did not purchase the car from this dealership (I recently moved), they refused to do anything about my lease as well. I wish they would put on their website that they only serve Mazda's that they sold.... never coming here again and never buying another Mazda

Great car buying experience! I went in with a plan and they worked with me to get the exact model I was looking for at the price I wanted! I ended up working with Rachel and Josh. Overall an experience I can recommend to anyone looking for a sale and reliable vehicle.
