Met at the door by my service rep who knew I was coming and had everything ready to go. I had questions about additional services required by the mileage on my 2020 Kicks and he answered them and asked for my permission to do the work.The vehicle was outside the door when completed. Great service.

I had the pleasure of working with Paul during my recent car service, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Two weeks ago, I brought my car in for some maintenance, and Paul's exceptional customer service made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Throughout the service, he made sure to keep me updated on the progress. He called me when the replacement part arrived, ensuring that I was aware of each step in the process. The level of communication was truly appreciated, as it gave me peace of mind knowing that my car was in good hands.Also, I was provided with a loaner vehicle, which was incredibly helpful since I still had to go to work during the service. The reason my Nissan required maintenance was due to a AAA tow truck driver damaging my car. Quirk Nissan was nothing but courteous and understanding for my crucial need to get the car fixed but also for keeping open communication throughout the process while I waited for my claim to go through for AAA to pay the damages. Paul Zhen was a pleasure to work with through this stressful process, but he made it more bearable!

Long overdue for this review. We buy our business vehicles at Quirk from NY. The sales manager, Yaw Atwereboanah is awesome! Very professional, excellent communication, closed on-line purchases with ease. Highly recommend Yaw and all the other many Quirk dealerships.

I went to Nissan with my husband for his car and the sales associate Antwan was just an amazing person. He was so attentive to my needs and gave me great perspective on many cars that lead me to lease a car. I will definitely come back and bring others.

I am so happy with the service I received at Quirk Nissan. Erick Joseph was the sales/finance manager who helped me get my new nissan sentra. Erick went above and beyond to help get everything in order for me and I am so happy with my first ever new car! I've been recommending quirk nissan to my coworkers based on this experience and would definitely go back in (the hopefully far future) when I need a new one!

Horrible service each time I've gone here for some light maintenance. They never seem to be ready to help customers. However, today was the cherry on top. They refused to service my vehicle, and I saw a teenagers working on repairing other cars. Today, I requested for a complete review of the major service (transmission and controller arm replacement) done by another dealership, and the representative of the dealership said they would repair nothing done by another service center. Hopefully, other people can learn to avoid this dealership for its poor customer service.Edit in response to owner: I clearly communicated that I had a transmission failure while in another state. Getting repairs done at another Nissan dealership should not be an issue for this Nissan dealership to take over or look after. AND I have been coming here for a year since I have lived in Quincy. Your team is filled with lazy men that do not respect the women that come in to get repairs done.

Excellent service experience at Quirk Nissan Quincy Massachusetts. My Frontier had an issue with the front end alignment, another independent service shop indicated adjustment not possible and they wanted $1100 dollars to replace parts. Quirk Nissan was able to free up a frozen bolt and perform a 4 wheel alignment. Excellent customer service from Paul at the service desk.

This experience happened about 6 months ago and was shared on facebook.I had purchased a brand new Nissan Rouge at Quirk Nissan in Quincy MA in 2016 with the extended warranty that was about to expire. Last week the light engine went off and rushed to get it fixed under the warranty. I went in initially for a diagnostic test and was informed a part need to be ordered. I received no paperwork for this visit. The next day I received a call that the part was ready and to drop off the car. They said it would take an hour to fix. Two and a half hours later, someone from customer service, I believe his name was Daniel, waved me over WITH A HAND GESTURE. He approached everyone else very politely in person, and I was waved over. I'm not sure if that was because of my accent that people think they can take advantage. He gave me back the car keys and said "You are all set". Again, no paperwork, no explanation!! Tired of sitting for almost three hours, I walked to the car, happy that it was over and then...I turned the car on and what?? The engine light was still on!!! Hard to explain the mix of emotions I felt at that time. Of course I went back to the office and asked for explanation and paperwork. But at this point it didn't matter. I felt humiliated for being treated this way and for wasting my time. I will never go back to Quirk Nissan in Quincy MA again!
