ONLY THE LOVELY BLACK WOMAN WORKING THE COUNTER KNOWS HAIR!! SHE'S THE ONLY ONE THAT ACTUALLY OFFERS TO HELP YOU FIND THINGS AND GIVE YOU ADVICE. IN BETWEEN GETTING MY HAIR DONE AT A SALON AND I HAD TO GO TO SALLY'S SO IF IT WASN'T FOR THIS WOMAN? MY HAIR WOULD HAVE TURNED BLACK BY PUTTING DYE ON BLEACHED HAIR. PEOPLE ASSUME YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING WALKING IN A HAIR SUPPLY STORE WELL NOT ALWAYS AND IT'S REFRESHING TO HAVE SOMEONE THAT ACTUALLY CARES HOW YOU'RE HERE COMES OUT OR WHATEVER YOU'RE LOOKING TO BUY AND/OR DO FOR

I pick up online order , No one ask me to help me . Employees talking between there friends , I ask to pick up my online order , the cashier ask me for my phone number . I answered back to the cashier I didn’t sign up for account only fast check out ,( very normal voice ) the cashier answered back to me with very aggressive attitude “ I still I need to do my paper work to check out your products “ very rude unprofessional, to bad after this I left and I didn’t get my blow dry brushes I need to buy . I never going back to this places ever in my life . It was big mistake to give even my $4.58 . They just lost over 100$ brushes I was planning to buy . Now I will go to west Roxbury one I like this location better from the Quincy location :(

Management is deplorable, openly Screaming at their associates, shopping experience was incredibly uncomfortable. Poorly kept store, their associates seemed so anxious and miserable. As someone who has been a retail manager, I would Never degrade & humiliate my coworkers the way I witnessed that manager do.I'll definitely be shopping elsewhere

the people here are so friendly and were so kind. when i wanted to get something they immediately told me a better product and told me to come back and show them my hair when it was done. they had wonderful stories and were so lovely to talk to

All employees are friendly and helpful. The manager clearly knew what I needed and saved the product for me to pick it up quickly!

Went in to buy some shampoo and conditioner. I walked in, I was greeted and I asked if I needed help which I kindly declined by saying I was all set thanks. I went down to the section where the hair products were and the associate who’s name tag read Bri just stood at the end of the aisle and watched me for a few minutes. Not only was is weird and uncomfortable but I had to stop myself from not putting her in her place which I should have. She watched me as if I was going to steal something, not sure if it was my clothes or the color of my skin but it truly makes me never want to go there again. I looked at her because I could feel her standing there looking when she said “do you need help” I told her no. I’m an adult I know how to ask for help if I need it. She proceeded to just stand there. That fact that I can’t shop in peace and take my time to compare products and look up reviews is beyond nuts to me. So my thoughts were, Im either not buying anything or I need to hurry up and buy something so I get get out of here. So I grabbed three items and walked towards the register then she had the nerve to ask if I was all set. Didn’t say anything and just walked to the register and waited for her to get there. (Where she should have just stayed to begin with) she then starts small talk which I’m not a fan of nor did I really engage. The experience was awful my money did not feel appreciated and will not be returning to this one, will rather drive and extra 15 mins thanks to Bri. Management team, as a retail manager myself I highly recommend someone has a conversation with this girl. Bad for business.

First time visiting this particular location and basically store chain itself. The staff on for the night of October Eighth did everything to perfection.Including with two of them on, one coming out from the counter area for customer engagement/theft deterrent. I worked retail for over a decade, a manager near the end.They performed perfectly as corporate generally decrees.They also inquired if I needed any assistance, which at the start I didn't and informed them. They didn't push the issue and simply were available as to if I did need future assistance. Commendable indeed.After some browsing and picking up some items, I did inquire for some assistance.They both were able to assist I quite easily and had a very good knowledge of product location.Sadly I didn't get their names, however the register customer banter was also quite on point.When I was being rung up, I was inquired as to my number for their card which they have. I chose not to, however, as per the entire visit, the employees performed spectacularly pertaining to assorted general corporate mandates and such.Overall it was a pleasant experience with attentive employees where I got what I needed and was out the door with my purchase not long after. Jolly good show to the employees of the night. Even more so as it was within the last hour of the night, and they were still upbeat, vigilant and all around good employees.I enjoyed my visit here, and shall continue to frequent this location as needed. Good hiring on Sallys corporate part eh.

The Sally's beauty in Quincy, Ma is one of the over priced stores I've been to. The lady in the store is very nice but in comparison to other sallys or other hair store that sell black hair products this is so expensive. I went in to get Mane Choice products and to see that they are 17 dollars for shampoo and 17 dollars for conditioner is ridiculous. I walked in the store and then out. The employee apologized but its not her fault. I explained to her that i usually go to different store to get the products cheaper. Even walgreens has it for 13 dollars, the only bad thing is they either are missing the shampoo or the conditioner they seem to never have both in stock smh... Quincy needs to get it together.

If I could give zero stars I would. It is very negative here and I have seen the manager(I think) yell at customers and employees like they are god. It’s so bad in there. I would rather take an extra ten minutes out of my day to go to the other store up the street. Mean.
