i went to get my car interior cleaned with the 40 dollar package however the service i received wasnt up to par, i purposely got the 40 dollar one because i didnt mind spending extra for a better clean but my car was not very well cleaned and when i reviewed the offers i didnt get all of that such as window clean and there were obviously still spots in places. also the staff wasnt very communicative and didnt provide good customer service. i felt very rushed

I have to wipe my car last 7 times I was there after paying for full service. No attention to detail when wheels are still dirty leaving place having to wash car twice . People don’t have time to waste . Service is falling off. I don’t know who does quality control there . Even leaving there in morning when only two cars there and still didn’t get a good wipe down.

Anthony was great! Staff was friendly and ny truck came out nice after it was filthy. My rims could have been better but I’m highly satisfied! I will be back!

Anthony was extremely helpful in replacing my QR code after my original was removed. He also unlocked the vacuums for me so I could get started on detailing my car while waiting for the new QR code.

Truly 10/10 service, and everyone is so helpful and provides so much grace to us customers when we’re in line and needing support. Anthony is one employee who has always been kind and his demeanor is always sunny, no matter the weather! He is one employee that I always enjoy seeing when I come in, and I can count on resolving any problem/issues if needed!

I just want to give a shoutout to the two young staff members I met briefly today 8/8/25 at scrub a dub, Quincy. (One who took my payment&the other who told me when to switch gears before going in). They were extremely kind and went out of their way to assure me that my car was going to be clean (it was kind of a mess on the outside) and if it was not perfect, I would be able to go through again. Luckily, my car was clean after going through once, I just appreciate how attentive and professional they were. Amazing staff every time I’ve been here, thank you all!
