For months now half the pumps don't even work and a bunch of the working ones you gotta go pay inside and the cashier is really slow it takes forever for everyone to pay.

I swear there is always something wrong at this gas station. The pumps don't work, only 1 pump works, the card reader is not working etc. Save yourself the headache and go down the street to literally any other

2 pumps out of order. Had to wait forever to get gas. Will not be returning unless I really need gas.

Convenient to where I was staying. No problem filling up and paying at the pump. Dropped a star because many of the pumps were out of service.

This is one of the few gas stations open after hours (11:00pm-7:00am) in the City of Quincy, MA. The closest gas stations are near Dorchester, MA off Neposet or near Braintree, MA (Mobil Gas Station) at South Shore Plaza Mall.If you are ever in an emergency or need assistance, go to the MBTA North Quincy Station (2 blocks away near McDonalds & Target). Busy, dirty, poorly run gas station. It is usually crowded outside of the gas station as hordes of local unemployed bums loiter, hoping to scam free wi-fi from businesses close by. Attempted to inflate my tires by paying $2 in quarters and the malfunctioning machine actually deflated the tire I was trying to fill! When I nicely asked for my money back, the angry cashier that worked there would not give it to me, blamed me by saying it was broken (no sign, no nothing), and told me to write the air company! Thats customer service in 2022! Yesterday stopped for gas, paid with my card, and waited for the pump to be authorized. Few minutes go by and I discover, not only is everyone else waiting, There Is no one working in the store at 9:30 am on a Friday! There was a note on the locked door that said be back in 5 minutes, yeah sure. What a joke, I'll pay extra to go elsewhere from now on.

If I could give zero star I would. This establishment have very poor customer service and should not be supported. If you are traveling and need gas do not go here. They do not allow noone to use their restroom.I do not know what kind of community this gas station is in but it is not supportive of service. The rep could not tell where was closest bathroom. If you are out of state or your own city or town you are I. For a poor service.

The service isn't terrible, but it's not that good either. The gas has never killed my car and they don't gouge your wallet any more than anywhere else.

Worst customer service ever from associate Tom. He completely lacks basic human decency, he’s flat out rude,, he must be new . I have been working next-door for almost 4 years we had a blizzard and someone stole our shovels. I went next-door to ask for the shovel, Just to borrow for 10 minutes so I could ensure customers would be able to get in and out of the business safely at the two entrances. No big deal I even offered to leave my license as reassurance that I would return the shovel. He flat out told me no and was extremely rude about it. I again showed him my name tag reassured him that I am the general manager and I wouldn’t leave my license ,, I just wanted to make sure the customers could get in and out safely. He had a nasty attitude and would not let me borrow the shovel. Again the behavior attitude in his tone was absolutely disgusting he completely lacks professionalism and customer service, Just basic human decency to lend somebody a hand. Disappointing, Almost like he got personal gratification from telling me no…. Not good
