The dude stocking next to the cheeses in the back this morning, no need to be rude to a customer asking where the creamer was. He yelled at her, as if she was dumb and didn't know where items were, pointed her in the wrong direction and scoffed. Welp, I helped her, we both laughed at you, hope your day gets better with an attitude like that. Maybe the back behind the doors is better department for you to work in if you can't talk to customers properly. Middle aged white man, I'm sure they will figure out who it was.

I went to stop and shop yesterday and only 2 registers open they should have all cashiers open disgrace if you want customers to shop then you need to have more cashiers working to wait on your customers

I'm 75 been a cashier for 24 years was cashing out at shop so artery with her name Lisa after leaving her I was feeling so low and sad.she treated me like a child.i admit I called her Hon but I tried to apologize. She just went on about how rude I was and I've been told this before.ive had her before and she was like this with my son.in my books she shouldn't be working with the public. Sorry oh and she also reprimanded me for apologize

Apparently you dont have to wait in line at the deli counter. If you show up and just look at stuff but dont take a number or get in line you get waited on 1st because you just had to be in the area i guess. No more deli from this place for me

10/15/24 2:38PM STORE#17 there are only 2 registers open, I am pregnant and the waiting line is very long and customer service is bad, the Chinese person at the cashier is mean to customers, one lady has disability in front of me using an electronic chair which she cannot read on the screen at check out, the cashier ask her to back up her electronic car to press the button on the screen, and staring at her and wait. It is a common senses that she is not able to reach the screen or read, she can't just help her out. I then press the yes on the screen to process the transaction so she can go home with her food.
I am having soup on my cart, and I told the cashier to give me bags because the cover is not stable. she said I should go get bags at the soup place, she then throw me two little bags and said:"put the soup in the bag right now! You are messing up the cart and other people are using it!" She was very mean and try to teach me a lesson other then helping customer out. The line behind me was long, and she is doing things very slowly and not nice.
