Don't go to a black shop, especially for Asians. Tips are compulsory for annual inspections. If the new car is not even a year old, I have to have the wipers replaced by them, otherwise they will put a REPAIR sticker on me, even if I buy it myself! Junk black shop

07/01/2024 My friend went there and to do the TNC and State inspection. The guy did the two inspections and then started asking for tips. He deliberately forgot to give the two reports. And my friends went back because we got reports last two times go there. The guy was like” if you don’t know what to do, just give me twenty bucks i will print out for you.” How disgusting are those behaviors! Just because they are Asian and don’t speak fluent English? The worst experience ever! And also the tip is not mandatory for state inspection!!

I have been getting my car inspected here for the past two years. I called at the end of the day to see if they would be able to do a car inspection and call was answered promptly. Bashik is very helpful and was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day which is great customer service. I would recommend to others getting their car inspected, it is very quick to get in and out.
