On 12/2/23, I went to this store for help to transfer all data from iPhone to the new Samsung phone. This was around 9am to 10am. There were only two custom service rep at the store: one male and female. The female agent was helping another customer. When it was our turned, we walked up to the male agent ask help with the transfer, he simply said the they can not do it from iPhone to Samsung; only can do the from Samsung to iPhone. I know they do it because I was here last time and got helped from someone else. This male customer service rep gave different types of excuse and refused to assist(i wished I get his name); I felt being discriminated from this male rep. We walked to the Metro by T-Mobile at 1363 Hancock St and got the help without questioned.This was just a simple requested and T-Mobile rep were not even make an effort to assist their customer. Poor customer service and discrimination.T-Mobile store owner look into this and take proper action accordingly. I am sure you can find out who is the staff based on the schedule. Look into the video cam.

Waited almost 45min for service. Staffing needs to be more customer aware. A greeting would be nice to let ppl know that they are busy. Needs more staffing . I walked out!

Unprofessional and unhelpful. There is no point in telling me to call support when support instructed me to go to the store in person in the first place. Please hire and train your staff properly instead of hiring teenagers that clearly doesn’t know what they are doing and are just standing around

Machines are almost never working and checking out takes centuries. I feel like my hair is starting to grey bc of how long I be waiting in those lines. I say go to any other one but hear or just pay online.

My experience today was exceptional Kerby went above and beyond to assist me, with coming back as a T-Mobile customer, he took his time to go over my options, and explained the process step by step and successfully helped me transfer my line over. I’m glad to be back with T-Mobile thanks to Mobile Expert, Kerby for providing outstanding customer service.

We have the TMobile wireless Internet box. Love the service. We had a little issue with the box itself turning off on its own. It was annoying. I brought it down to TMobile in Hancock St in Quincy and they had me out of there with a brand new wireless internet box in under 5 mins. I mean supper fast and efficient. Solid crew down there. Everyone was easy going and friendly. A+

I've been a T-Mobile business customer for the last 10 years. The last 2 times that I have walked into this store the service has been horrible. Bottom line...just a bunch of guys who think their slick salesman who could care less about providing real customer service.

The Salesperson Colby was very helpful and went above and beyond. He spent a lot of time to help me get a phone and activate it. I appreciated all his help and would highly recommend this location.
