This is the worst TD Bank location I’ve ever been to. Every time I come here I never get anything done. I was there just about the only customer in the bank waiting to be serviced. The manager Tim Dao #1504367 began servicing everyone that came in after me! Eventually I just left after being told what I need takes more time than anything else. I’m considering banking elsewhere after this. Horrible customer service!

Most friendly bank agent I've ever met. Help me set up the app, which I don't need but really appreciate. Also remind me setup paperless statement to avoid fee, print debit card right away.

Was helped by Timothy Moriarty right as the bank was closing. He is a very helpful professional who worked fast and went the extra mile for me when 2 other banks let me down.

The Asian male manager of this bank is the worst one I have ever seen. The service attitude is very unfriendly and the words are very arrogant. How can a good bank hire such an uneducated person as a manager? I am really speechless.

Went to the drive-thru to cash and deposit a check as I've done multiple times at other locations. When I pulled the carrier out there was a variety of bank slips. The teller asked me to fill out one of the slips. I don't have my account number memorized so I requested the teller fill it out for me and she refused. I've never filled out one of the slips before every other time I've done this in the last 12 years the teller does it for me, it's never even been requested of me.

I would leave 0 stars if I could! Website to this location listed services they didn’t have available . Scheduled an appointment indicating the service I needed ( why bother asking??). I noticed that all employees seem to be very slow paced. I would recommend a bank that values your time… but not this one

Worst bank experience ever!!!!! This story happened to me and my father a month ago and I forgot to make a review. There’s a Asian lady at the front counter was not allowing my dad to open the security box when we have both name for the box, but he does not have the account at TD bank. I have the account and it didn’t require my father to have an account at that time to open a security box together. So my father called me saying that this lady threatening him to take everything out from the box today, or open an account today. I was super shocked and let him give the phone to the manager. The most funny part is this Asian male manager who was talking bla bla bla, keep saying that the counter lady didn’t threatening my father. His attitude was super rude and one hundred percent lier. I couldn’t believe such a person can be a manager. At the end, I rejected open any account there and open an account for my father from other location. Worst worst TD bank or any bank experience!!!!! When you have such a terrible manager in the store, what kind of good team member he can train out? Yes, my father does not speak English at all! That’s the revantage they want to take

This location is America most dishonest bank. I went to this location asking about why I haven’t received my credit card which my wife and I opened three weeks ago. One of the lady checked and told me didn’t see any credit account open recently She will help me open a new account! I also give her my wife ID and the credit account info. She said I only have the checking account and no joint credit account with my wife…., okay she helped me open a new account and I could not help my wife get her charge card! I told my wife I don’t have the joint account with her and I open a new one.My wife went there after her work, and get her charge card PLUS my Charger card which is the joint account. She told(lie) my wife a whole different store.Overall, if they want you open a credit account, they will lie and hide everything!!!! Very Dishonest!!!

My husband and I try adding me to his personal account 2 months went by we didn’t hear anything we forgot about it we went back and the gentleman Bob was super helpful he added me to the account and went smoothly thank you!!
