“I blew a tire on 93N and exited. After an hour AAA never came. I checked Google Maps for a tire shop and Mr. Fran was 1 block away. I walked over there and told Mr. Fran my situation. He was very helpful and nice. I dragged my 2002 Grand Cherokee on its rim to the shop. He assured me he had the tire and after some digging in the crates...he finally found one nearly brand new.
Mr. Fran did a great job, gave me some tire education, quoted me a great price, and he's an honest man. A kool dude and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”

The estimate for the work needed was more than fair and the work was done quickly. “The first thing that I would like to say is that Joe is extremely knowledgable. He knows what he is talking about, and also puts it in a way that the customer can digest. Secondly, you can tell this guy enjoys what he does and knows how to deal with customers. In a business where he deals with many grumpy customers that are going through unfortunate situations, he empathizes and always provided an uplifting tone. He is a timely worker and his direction and guidance for what goes on behind the scenes is top notch. “Every interaction I had with them from start to finish was pleasant, understanding and informative. Each person was very helpful and they were flexible with the intake process as we had to take some time to make the decision of how to proceed. The turnaround time was impressive and they even called to let me know they wanted to take more time to ensure the quality of the work was at their best, which I greatly appreciated. Obviously cannot speak to the end result of the work as it has just been completed and cannot see it for myself so will take time to test (will update when appropriate) but I am confident from how I was treated here that it was excellent work and I will be happy I chose to have my transmission fixed here.”
“My car is working far better than before! Twins fixed the electrical on my car. It went haywire with headlights, wipers and AC suddenly not working. I decided to try this shop based on the many good reviews from customers with similar issues. The issue was expertly diagnosed, parts ordered and delivered speedily, and replaced/ fixed quickly.
Prior to this electrical issue my AC was only semi-cold, it now feels cold and like new AC!!! Goes to show how important it is to have the electrical up to date.

“TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I'm posting a second review under my partner's profile to express how incredible N&R's service is. I brought my car in for a massive repair; not only was it done within a couple of days, Kevin took the time to explain to me exactly what parts are needed, why, how the labor would work, and the pricing. I never had any question of what he was doing to my car.
As it turned out, my car quickly became something close to catastrophic, unbeknownst to Kevin when he took the car in. Kevin called me and explained this to me very thoroughly, was apologetic, and very kind to me. Kevin also knocked off about a fourth of the price for the fact that my car, while drive-able, is in the last stages of his life. I am a relatively recent college graduate, struggling like everyone else; he can't know what that meant to me.
Kevin, as always, thank you for the great care you and your team take when you're working on my car. I'm a repeat customer and will continue to be a customer for as long as they're open. It wouldn't matter if I moved countries - I would still come back to N&R Automotive.”

Although I never returned to them, they left me with the feeling that I cannot trust mechanics and that they will always take advantage of me. The people at Good News Garage give me the feeling that they are treating me with respect and being fair and honest. I will come back. “Great experience with GPS to replace a clutch on a F56 MINI Cooper. Car had been towed to a different shop (specializing in retail services). Marc spent the time with me on the phone to walk through the repair and provide a much more reasonable quote. I would not have held them to the quote given that they had not put eyes on the car, but the final invoice was consistent. They also worked with us to get the car into the shop before a snow storm essentially storing it until it could be worked on. Repair was done on-time, for the cost quoted, and car works great again. Highly recommend German Performance Service.”
