We've been working with Performance Overnight in Quincy, MA for about a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service have been outstanding every step of the way.
At Warthog Air Compressor Store, we rely on them for both Freight Shipments and UPS, and they've consistently made the process smooth and efficient. One of the biggest wins for us was how they helped integrate our Ecommerce store into their systems. Now our shipping rates flow seamlessly between platforms, saving us time and eliminating headaches.
It's clear that the team at Performance Overnight truly cares about their customers. They’re responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile.

We used this company briefly and were disappointed by the lack of honesty and professionalism. After leaving, we received persistent calls with misleading claims and unprofessional behavior. We do not recommend their services.

Should be -5 stars, just the worst, unimaginably bad billing department, except for Billy, he's great and some of the other employees are cool somehow, but needs a major overhaul.

Unishippers is the worst company i have ever dealt with. constant harassment, calls, and emails from their accounts receivable people (obnoxious teenagers) even when you pay your shipping bill weekly. But try to get some help when their software isnt working or the bills you receive are higher than the shipping quotes when you printed the label. I have tried to contact them with no response. ONce they get you signed up they disappear! Except of course for the A/R people who non-stop harass you, and the solicitation calls to your business to become a unishippers client when you already are. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY FOR YOUR SHIPPING NEEDS!!

Constant phone calls. They refuse to take me off of their call list and call at least once a week, often more. It's absolutely ridiculous.
On top of that, if you look in to their business they have deceptive billing practices and NUMEROUS complaints.
I wouldn't do business with a company that constantly spam calls like this, and I especially wouldn't do business with one that has such a well documented poor track record for honesty and poor customer service.

We used Unishippers for our business. Started off great then we noticed extra charges, on top of this they promised smooth damage claim handling prior to signing up. We ended up having 9 damage claims total with them.They failed to submit the damage claims none where resolved and we ended up having to replace customer orders.We had been using FedEx in the past and had zero issues shipping the same items that we shipped with UPS & unishippers. In a 60 day period we had over 11 damage claims with customers 9 turned in gave up on the rest. We use FedEx in 60 days we have maybe 1 or 3 ups in Tulsa is awful.Customer service went down hill we called and called got return calls back with promises damage claims would get the attention needed unishippers doesn’t care, We told our rep Tanner on May 29th that we would be filing a dispute if we didn’t hear from him. No response, So we filed a dispute since services where not rendered and pricing was deceptive. After that they pretended to care just to try and collect what they say our business owes. We told them we would be glad to work with them but they basically said we will just send this to legal and didn’t care they just wanted money and didn’t care about the amount of customers with damaged items .Can’t recommend them to any business owner customer service tells you what you want to hear and never follows through .
