This is the worst USPS ever. They always find a excuse to not accept your package. This place really sucks.

If you print a label in the evening to get your package ready for the next day and bring your package for delivery the next day after 1pm, they won't accept the package.
This is a horrible policy and they deserve a single star for it.

The old lady , who works at the front is rude , she has no customers service experience at all and treat people badly .

Very rude employees every time I go to this location. They refuse to handle most simple tasks that aren't physical pieces of mail (will tell you everything is online only), and they even kicked me out today because I was carrying something with a lithium battery that they claim could blow the building up! Like, what! All cellphones have batteries ?

If I could give 0 stars I would. They act like asking for a piece of tape comes directly out of their pocket...the staff need to look in the mirror and ask themselves "how hard would it be for me to be kind to others". Make sure you have your own tape cause the front desk chick will definitely give you a small piece of tape as a " Courtesy" and let you know you have to tape it yourself. Sis...its not that deep and it never will be. We will see how far your career goes

I always have a great experience! One clerk was so kind, I wish I got her name. She could see me struggling to find a reasonable box size for what I was mailing, and she gave me some helpful suggestions and even went out back to find some bubble mailers in the pattern I liked. Everyone who works here is very kind, and I always find that the post office is the lowest price and fastest mailing option!The negative reviews I see give me a laugh — expecting services that are not offered (for free,) blaming system outages on the employees, etc. You can always buy tape and boxes and pack your packages on site! I usually do it with the bubble mailers. This is a great post office and I love the one down the street in Wollaston as well :)

The employees here are so nice and go above and beyond to help. They figured out my money order issue, unlike the other post office in Quincy who kept sending me away.

The staff is very rude, had a really bad experience, ended up going to a different office. Would never visit this USPS again
