If I could give 0 stars I would. They act like asking for a piece of tape comes directly out of their pocket...the staff need to look in the mirror and ask themselves "how hard would it be for me to be kind to others". Make sure you have your own tape cause the front desk chick will definitely give you a small piece of tape as a " Courtesy" and let you know you have to tape it yourself. Sis...its not that deep and it never will be. We will see how far your career goes

I always have a great experience! One clerk was so kind, I wish I got her name. She could see me struggling to find a reasonable box size for what I was mailing, and she gave me some helpful suggestions and even went out back to find some bubble mailers in the pattern I liked. Everyone who works here is very kind, and I always find that the post office is the lowest price and fastest mailing option!The negative reviews I see give me a laugh — expecting services that are not offered (for free,) blaming system outages on the employees, etc. You can always buy tape and boxes and pack your packages on site! I usually do it with the bubble mailers. This is a great post office and I love the one down the street in Wollaston as well :)

The employees here are so nice and go above and beyond to help. They figured out my money order issue, unlike the other post office in Quincy who kept sending me away.

All front desk staffs should be fired. The front desk staffs are extremely rude and unprofessional, they do not know about the client service. Today I came to the office, they pasted a paper on the front wall “ no credit and debit cards are accepted, no internet services.” Are you kidding me???

Blue drop boxes are not safe. Payment checks got stolen from Newbury Ave and resulted in fraud.

Employees Andrew and Peg were very helpful with giving me directions where I could print out my shipping label and afterwards were kind to indicate the tracking number of my package once it was good to go. 11/10 customer service

They deliver mail 2 days a week. I know because I get daily letters and I get 4 on Monday, 1 on Tuesday, I guess the carrier has Wed-Fri off.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, I come here about 3-4 times a week and the staff are super nice and helpful. Yes, sometimes the lines are long but the employees are working as quick as they can. In my years of coming here and pickup up many packages at my PO BOX, i've never had an issue, the customer service is great! Banks nearby and parking available, highly recommend!

She, the front desk employee let me wait there as she had phone call, this happened second time to me recently..... The service of this location has been up and down depend on their mood... I would rather drive farther to other location. ......

This is most rudest place in Quincy. Unhelpful worker. And not happy to help you do anything. As you can see my package taped with 4 small pieces of tape it will easily get off when going through the post office system.If gets off , I will not able get my package shipped to the place supposed to be.Can you guys just give me a little help for that.

Very bad customer service. Flat rate envelopes now require a special label to write down to and from addresses. I didn’t know that and nobody in the post office told me about the special label even though it was empty and they saw me taking flat rate envelopes. Only when I filled out all of the info they informed me that I need to redo everything and finally gave me the correct labels for addresses. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just give me the label together with the envelope if they require it and don’t allow customers to just write the address on the envelope.

The internet issues at this place are terrible. It's always down which means that you'll need to hit up an ATM to do any business there. Don't know why they have not gotten this issue fixed once and for all.
