This office definitely gets busy during peak hours, and you can expect some long lines. The problem is that people needing regular postal services (which are quick but high in traffic) are mixed in with those coming for passport services (which take longer but have less traffic). So, there’s definitely room to make things more efficient. On the bright side, the staff here are super friendly and professional. If you can swing by during off-peak hours, you’ll be pretty happy with the service!

Went to help my father-in-law's passport renewal and the ladies who assisted were very helpful and made our anxious selves at ease. Process was easy with their warm accomodation. Thank u!

I came in for a passport renewal and the workers were all so friendly and helpful. The passport process can be annoying but they told me exactly what I need to do, what I’m paying for, what is going to happen.

It gets busy here and parking isn't the best. But they really do a good job when you have an issue, trying to solve the problem. Also there are always a couple windows open so if you need to sort something out, you don't stop the entire show.

This is the worst post office don’t go here the clerks are rude and the manager is rude and they don’t know what they are talking about they give misleading information and don’t help you solve the problem. Tried to do a pass port photo and they gave me multiple run arounds as far as instructions and did not refund my money.

It’s a hit or miss. For a post office of this size I would expect faster moving lines. Normally only 1 or 2 counters open! It’s a shame as sometimes the line is wrapped around and out the door!

We Went this afternoon around 4:15 pm to renew my kids passport I had all applications filled out and all documents needed waiting at the line for almost an hour Unfortunately when is our turn at 5:10 min the person at window told me she can’t help me I had to go back to the line to wait to book appointment or come back another day.they were typically 2 people working at the windows, 1 for passports and 1 for mail services. So frustrating

It’s a long wait. They don’t have enough people on especially at lunch time. Two people just won’t do. Someone from the back will come out sometimes just to take drop off packages only but does not offer to help at a window.

This location services passports, which take a considerable amount of time to process. Unfortunately, there are typically 2 people working the windows, 1 for passports and 1 for mail services. Do you think the person servicing passports might help with the growing line of people dropping mail? Of course not. The staff acts as if they don’t see the line. They’re condescending, rude and do nothing to manage the line. They also insist that pre paid packages have to be submitted through the poorly managed line. Other city POs allow you to drop off a postage paid package. I hate going to this location, and other Quincy locations are not much better.

Unreliable! Unprofessional! They lost the package, opened a case, never gave any updates and closed the case.

Looooooooooong wait times, EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there.Often, I can't stand the wait times and end up leaving.Please hire more competent employees, or have them show up to work.
