Just went in to take money out and use the bathroom, i asked if they could open the bathroom since they lock it, and the employee refused to open it for me, but opened it for another guy that walked in right after me. I always go to this walgreens and have never had a problem before tonight, and honestly it’s sad that they can refuse someone just to let someone else go in.

Unfortunately I have to concur with my fellow patrons. I thought it was just me, but went to Walgreens tonight 10/21 around 6:53pm and the pharmacist was pretty rude at the drive thru window, she needs to work on her bedside manners. I was so nice and polite said thank you, smiled even showed my pretty teeth when I smiled. I didn’t get a word back, not a your welcome, come again, any questions for the pharmacist. Just a fake half smirk, handed the bag and that was it, she was gone from the window. It was pretty awkward and rude and I was a bit offended, cause I’m like I worked harder being nice to her, then she did me lol-as if she was doing me a favor. Almost ruined my night, then I almost forgot who I was and brushed it off. I think I’ll give Walmart a try like someone else in the comments mentioned. Good manners and good customer service goes along way. Walgreens please talk to your pharmacists. Seems to be a long standing issue that needs to be addressed, or you guys will be like Woolworths and other stores that are closing.

The pharmacy here is absolutely horrible. The women that work in that pharmacy are so disrespectful and rude. I dealt with that frustrating pharmacy for five years and recently left and went to Walmart. It’s like night and day. Walmart has been super awesome. I haven’t had any issues. They fill my prescriptions right away and they are delivered for free

They do not care to help at all. They have your medication ready and do not call or text to let you know that its read. They don't even let people know when they don't have a pharmacist working. I called today and was on hold for 10 mins saying that the pharmacist was on call with someone and i was in a queue. The queue grew to 4 so i just drove down to check on my prescription. To find out it wasn't even open because they didn't even have a pharmacist working.

I have been coming to this walgreens for years and never had a problem however not sure if its new staff but they literally do not care to help you are all. They had my script for 2 days and I call them to see if it was ready and this women was so rude and not helpful at all telling me the medicine will be in following day. We'll geez that don't help me if I have been out of it, at least she could of seen if another store had it. Soo frustrating

This Walgreens is my go-to! My youngest son has epilepsy and they always have his medication and are so compassionate and understanding. It’s been incredibly hard to help him with his condition and the pharmacists help lessen my load quite a bit.
This isn’t a ding on any of the staff, since I know you don’t control the manufacturing process, but is there any way to get the brown glass bottles with a stopper that fits right? I end up getting defects in mine and almost lost half the bottle of medicine on the kitchen counter trying to get the syringe out of the stopper! Once again, I know the staff here aren’t responsible, but any tips or tricks to make the stoppers fit better would be greatly appreciated.

This is one of the worst pharmacists! They can’t even follow directions to fill a prescription! My prescription is for 00 days and they fill it for 30 days! Then another prescription that is there by the doctor is said to be no or fulfilled even though I can see it filled on the app!
Time to move to another pharmacy!

I didn't go to Walgreens for 2.5 years then when I move back to the area I was shocked to see half of the store is gone. There is no good stock of makeup cosmetics cleaning products especially. No coupons like CVS and like Walgreens used to have. In addition why is the whole front of the store not even being used? Don't think many people use their pharmacy either I've never seen anyone except drive-thru vs 2 years ago the line would be around the corner. Don't have most of my basic needs therefore I got to walk all the way up to Walmart! Would be nice if you had what you used to for sale. And my biggest pet peeve is having to ask for coffee cream every time I'm in Walgreens! Like why do they keep it in the back?? And it's not easy finding anyone because not many people work there. The store is half the size it used to be 2.5 years ago. I CAN SAY THE GOOD PARTS THE CASHIER THAT'S BEEN THERE FOR YEARS WITH THE SALT-AND-PEPPER HAIR AND GLASSES. AND THE STORE MANAGER IS STILL THE SAME AND HE'S VERY NICE. AND WAS ALWAYS HELPFUL WHEN I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE PHARMACY. (I DON'T USE THAT PHARMACY ANYMORE). I'M HONESTLY SHOCKED THAT ANYONE GOES IN THERE AND THE PRICES ARE EFFING RIDICULOUS

For COVID PCR tests only: I don't recommend getting these at Walgreens anymore as they send it to a third party (Aegis) for testing. On the Walgreens website the estimated time is 48 hours but within 24 hours the sample hasn't even arrived at the lab. I called and they said it takes 2-5 business days for results. So there is really no point in wasting your money because it costs about $130 and then could take up to 7 days for results to arrive at which time your isolation period would be over if you did have covid.
