Very expensive, no emergency care and their record keeping is terrible! I am constantly being spammed with emails and texts saying my pet was due for checkup even though I spoke with the dismissive representative many times and she promised this incorrect information would be fixed. (AGAIN , I DID HAVE MY PETS ANNUAL CHECKUP AT YOUR URGENT CARE IN BRAINTREE AT THE RECOMMENDATION OF YOUR OWN RECEPTIONIST!!!!!! ) She couldn't understand why I was upset and rudely said there was no need to be upset that their system keeps sending incorrect emails and texts. IT IS NOT MY FAULT YOU LOST THE RECORDS OR YOUR SYSTEM ERASED THEM AND I HAVE A RIGHT TO BE UPSET ABOUT IT! Look, this is not retail this is a life and you don't even have correct records and after many calls to resolve this and it still happens, you better bet I am upset and mistrusting of this clinic. After the receptionist recommended I go to their urgent care to get seen and I did that and that urgent care faxed them the paperwork and they can not even connect and be on the same page! I have every right to be upset , again it is my pet's life in these incompetent people's hands and I'll bet they respond with something like they tried to reach out but they don't have a record of me being there. Probably will erase everything! I don't care if I keep repeating, they don't listen and they choose to believe in their awful computer system and lazy or overwhelmed staff instead of correcting errors that can end up being detrimental to a pet because of poor record keeping!!!! This is not for no reason for being upset because this has been ongoing for at least four months!!!!!! Every time I tried to reach out to a REAL PERSON regarding this I was met with a dismissive attitude and it was only when I raised my voice to be heard and repeat explaining that she promised it would be corrected and it has not! At first they said they saw the urgent care faxed the records , then they disappeared and they had no records! So I am done with this place done with the stress! Willard Veterinary Care, Don't bother responding, because I will be taking my pet elsewhere for their care !

Everyone at WVC was so kind and friendly to me and Dallas. They took great care of Dallas and made sure he was comfortable and got plenty of treats the whole time! I felt that prices were reasonable, and the appointment only took 30 minutes. Would highly recommend!

I find the staff here very knowledgeable and realistic in treatment plans for an older dog( my Riley will be 11 next year) The vet we have seen,Dr.Emily Peterson, is especially thorough in her feedback regarding test results, etc.

Willard Veterinary Clinic has consistently provided our dog with outstanding healthcare. We have been going there for two years and every doctor and staff member has shown thoughtful loving care to our beloved dog, Ruby. We have always been very impressed with their professionalism and office management. The appointment reminders and the personalized annual calendar really made us feel like we were part of their family. We highly recommend them!!!

Today I had to take my West Highland White Terrier named Winnie to the vet again. Winne had Guardia and battled through it. Dr. Peterson and Dr. Smith were so caring and loving for Win I could tell they just cared. Today Dr. McVicker fell in love with her. She gave her the once over and knew what it was. Her staff is truly cares about the patients. If you care about your pet.... Go here

We cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation for the incredible care and support that our beloved dog, Shaggy, received at Willard Veterinary Clinic over the last 14 years. Shaggy was not just a pet but a cherished member of our family and Dr. McVicker and the entire team treated him as such every step of the way.
Every time we walked into their clinic, we knew he was in the best hands as Angela and the team would get his vitals, feed him some peanut butter and treat him like a prince. Over the years, he faced numerous health challenges, including Lyme disease and several other tick-borne illnesses as well as arthritis. As a shepherd mix, he had all the hip ailments that you find in this breed as well. Thanks to Willard's expertise, dedication and compassion, Shaggy remained healthy and active well into his senior years. Their proactive approach to his care ensured that he stayed mobile, comfortable and always happy right up until the very end.
Even after we moved an hour away, what made us stay with this team is their genuine love for animals and commitment to providing the best possible care. As we started working more with Dr. Gravelle, she was always so kind and took time to explain every diagnosis and treatment option, making sure we understood but also helped us make each decision.
As Shaggy was being put down, you could tell that they were as heartbroken as my wife and I were; as if they lost one of their own best friends. Their kindness and empathy during difficult times made all the difference to our family.
We are forever grateful to the team at Willard Veterinary Clinic for the many years of exceptional care they provided our family member. They helped give him a long, healthy and very happy life, and for that, I will always be thankful. If you're looking for a veterinarian team who is knowledgeable, compassionate and truly cares about the wellbeing of your pet, look no further than this team.

We have been using Willard Vet since our first dog, 20+ years ago. Always a good experience. They are a very professional and compassionate group of people, who truly love the animals they are working with. I have had both the calm easy-going dog and the crazy dog - and still the same great care! We wouldn't go anywhere else for our dog's care.

Everyone at the clinic, from the person who helped me set up the initial appointment, to the doctor and nurses that looked over my dog, were all amazing. Each person was friendly and knowledgeable, and took great care of my dog. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!
