It’s the 4th of July. We decided we wanted to grill. We purchased all the food. As Murphy’s Law would have it though our gas tank was on empty. Called three places and all three were unable to help. Called AL Prime on a whim and not only did they have one tank left but the customer service was exceptional. As a side note, almost everywhere I go the customer service is terrible; no one takes pride in their work anymore… workers on their phone, swearing in front of customers, unmotivated to help, but not at AL Prime. Damari who helped me was polite, professional and even held the last tank while I quickly drove down to pick it up. When I arrived and walked through the door he confirmed my name so he knew I was the one he put the last tank aside for. It was an unexpectedly excellent customer service experience. In my job, I work with a lot of different people; based on this one interaction alone, I anticipate Damari will have a successful future.

Says it is open til 11pm stopped to get gas because I was low at 9:40 pm doors were locked..tried to use my card it wouldn't read my card at the pump...luckily mobile right down the street was open and pumps working and read my card perfectly fine

I used my credit card at this place to fill gas here (haven't used that specific card anywhere besides here in few weeks) and 3 days later over $2K fraud charges (twice) from Nordstrom on it. Luckily my credit card company caught it and automatically declined it but just disappointed. not sure who is responsible but please do something. I always print receipt after filling gas so had it as a proof.

I used to love this gas station but every time I go now the nozzles are broken and you have to keep squeezing them over and over because they unlock every half gallon (often more often than that) instead of staying pumping. This has happened multiple times at multiple pumps now regardless of whether I pay inside or use my card and I’m over it. Unfortunate but I’m not going to stand outside and deal with that when I need to fill my tank regardless of how cheap the gas is. There are other cheap gas options.

This is just a gas station but they serve some of the best pizzeria style pizza. The slices are gigantic and we'll worth the $2 a piece. If you buy two slices you get a free soda and believe me, two slices will fill you up. Nice people too.
