Everything was good, showed up on time both ar rhe pick up and delivery, great job for disassy/assy some furniture, delivery from MA to TX took 10 days. Highly recommended.

Was a great moving experience. The crew on both ended of the move were great. Very friendly, and super careful with our belongings and making sure not to damage any walls or doors moving things out and in. The guys at our new location were the best. It was super hot and humid which made it a tough day for them. They did an awesome job and I couldn't thank them enough.

Despite a lot of great reviews, our experience was far from good with Marathon. Overall, communication was poor, execution was average, and everything was late. Everyone was friendly, however.
Throughout every step of the process I felt like I needed to pry information out of Marathon to get logistics information and shipment updates. Our goods sat in their warehouse for 21 days before even beginning their cross-country journey. Ultimately, they missed their estimated delivery window, but claimed up until the second to last day that the delivery was still on time (despite the fact it was still a 5-day drive away)
The driver gave us a delivery date, changed it, and then forgot to tell the other movers. They showed up at our house and were frustrated to hear that they were out of work for the day without pay (they are contractors to Allied).
I told the driver multiple times a week in advance that he would not get his semi down our street. He still showed up unprepared and had to get a uhaul to shuttle everything the final block.
We asked them to be careful with a few specific items, which were thrown into a box without any proper packing, getting crushed in the move.

The team did an amazing job packing and delivering our things on a long distance move. They were cheerful, communicative and highly skilled. We were amazed that they fit everything perfectly in the truck. Highly recommend!

The movers were very efficient and thorough. They arrived on time to pack and load and also to unload. Very helpful placing furniture in proper locations. The boxes were clearly labeled. And 4 months in storage was handled well. Everything arrived in good order.

The two gentlemen who unloaded all of our belongings did an excellent job. Worth noting that they drove from MA to VA and unloaded the truck all on the same day.
