I recently visited your store to get windshield, wipers and a battery and my service was absolutely outstanding. I wish to compliment Tony for helping me replace my wipers in battery with very courteous, very professional all around good guy. He went above and beyond you should be Honored to have an employee like him.

Went to this store to pick up something small, and received great quality customer service from Big -AUnfortunately when I was trying to leave I couldn’t get my car started, ended up getting stranded in the parking lot. After trying to handle it myself with no luck I was approached by Okey, the store manager. Okey helped me identify that it was an electrical issue, and that it was likely the starter. After a few taps to the starter I was able to get it started so I could make it home. Luckily they had one in stock, so looks like I have this weekend’s project booked!Okey and Big A were a HUGE help, and without them i’d be sitting in the parking lot waiting on a tow truck. Both had positive attitudes and insisted on going above and beyond to help. Service like this is why I always come back to this Autozone.
