I went to this shop from a recommendation from a friend. They kept my car for 2 days and the communication lacked throughout. I kept having to call on my end to try and figure out the issue with my car and see if it was covered under extended warranty. I called Zurich and they were confused why the shop had me call and said the whole point of having warranty is to keep the customer out from being the middle man and going through headaches. It was just unprofessional in my opinion that the shop didn’t understand that. After finally getting my information over to the shop to provide to Zurich, the process seemed to be much more smoother afterwards but again, it’s the lack of communication. I always had to reach out because they said they would call me by end of day for an update and never did. My part came in after having to wait for a week and again, it’s always sorry. I didn’t see the message or forgot. I’m just glad the issue was covered and fixed but would I go back? Most likely no. I tried to give a smaller shop a chance but this is why I just deal with the dealership to avoid all the back and forth.

Totally awesome service. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Not only was my issue fixed, but the staff went above and beyond when they encountered a delay or issue.

My father referred me to AXP so I called to get may car looked at for exhaust issues. When I dropped my car off that Monday morning, I was greeted by a lovely young gentleman who was friendly and respectful. I received a call shortly after explaining what the issues were. I then gave AXP the green light to complete the repairs. Not too long after, I received a text informing me that my car was ready for pickup. Fair pricing, efficient, thorough and reliable! This was my first experience with AXP and they certainly hit the mark. For future services, I will definitely contact AXP!

I was recommended by Sals Auto Mechanic in Holbrook. It was a very good experience. I like the way the representative at the shop. I forgot his name Great guy he saw my concern. I was little frustrated that it was taking too long however but at same time it was tough job I understand why it took some time..I like the way he handle he was professional. He was accommodating and, the guys in the shop did awesome job with my truck and I’m very happy and I will definitely come back and also recommend friends and family
