This CVS in Randolph is a classic, 24-hour location with good and helpful service. The staff is incredibly caring, kind, thorough, and personable. Customers consistently find what they are looking for and receive great customer service. Prescriptions are filled quickly. While the inside is okay and features a new setup, the outside area is noted as being trashy and in need of more frequent cleaning. The store is conveniently located near other food and general needs stores.
Its CVS they have insulated themselves with auto recordings so you cant call to find out about your meds. This would be ok but their information in the app or online about your profile if frequently wrong or incomplete.
