If I could give FedEx negative 100 stars, I would.
I ordered a time-sensitive package through Amazon — a set of microphones I needed to DJ a wedding that day — and FedEx single-handedly ruined it.
Not only did the package not arrive after three failed delivery attempts, but I was never able to get in contact with the driver. No phone number. No tracking updates that meant anything. Just radio silence. I even physically went down to the FedEx facility after multiple calls requesting a hold so I could pick up the package myself.
When I got to the facility, the staff looked me in the eye and said, “You're talking to a real person now. We’ll make sure the driver is informed to hold it here when he returns.” They admitted they couldn't contact him on the road (seriously??), but promised to make sure it would be held for me.
Instead, I got a call later saying, “Oops, we accidentally sent it back to the sender.” Within the span of one hour, the package went from “out for delivery” to gone — returned without my permission or even a final attempt to get it to me.
I missed the gear I needed for a paid wedding gig. I lost money. I lost credibility. And FedEx just shrugged. No manager on duty. No apology. No accountability. Just a robotic “there’s nothing we can do.”
Let me be crystal clear:
No communication.
No reliability.
No empathy.
No solution.
No accountability
The. Worst. Excuse. For. employees. I. Have. Ever. Seen.
Do yourself a favor — if you see FedEx as the delivery option, cancel the order. Reschedule. Switch sellers. Do anything but trust this company with something you actually care about receiving.
FedEx failed on every level. Never again.

They open at 9am. Pulled up around 9:10 and there’s a group of 4 people outside the door waiting. There were employees inside and despite calling or knocking no one opened the door. It wasn’t until another customer went all the way around to the other side of the building at the technical center to bring this to someone’s attention that the doors were opened. We weren’t let in until around 9:30. Absolutely unacceptable to keep customers waiting outside in the cold for a half hour when you open at 9am.

Stay away from FedEx! They couldn’t deliver your packages safely. Two times in a week, my packages were stolen. Checked the tracking status says delivered on 2:04pm, we run to the door 2:10. Nothing outside, seriously I don’t think driver actually leave my package.

A package was routed to this location and I had to pick it up for a family member. Unfortunately there was an issue with the way it was labeled so it looked like I wouldn’t be able to receive it, but the staff and management team here helped me work through the logistics of getting it. They take fraud protection here very seriously, which we appreciated, and they checked my identification against their system and connected with the recipient of the package to ensure they could release it to me. While it took a few moments to process, we certainly would rather have them air on the side of caution. Overall, a good experience with professional staff.

Requested a delivery to be rerouted to a FedEx pickup point. Instead of rerouting the package, these incompetent fools sat on the parcel for five days and then shipped it back to the origin. I called the FedEx line and was told there was nothing they could do and don't even have a direct line to the Randolph shipping center...which is part of the FedEx company. Imbeciles, each and every one.

The reviews about the staff being so nice couldn’t be more true! I had a package that was being sent back to the shipper because of damage so I figured I’d stop by to see if I could intercept it. When I have the tracking number to the worker Megan she ran to the back to go grab it while it was already being loaded on a truck. She could have easily just said that it’s gone but went out of her way to help!
