I love this branch the tellers are all very helpful.. I dealt with Justin who was Amazing patient as well as informative..also another teller I forgot her name dang she was amazing as well she wears glasses and a low ponytail..I will find out her name and get back to u all.. To be honest everyone seems helpful and nice...

Very rude staff. I walked in and was immediately ignored. A man stood there behind the counter and refused to acknowledge my existence for 5 minutes straight. Looked at me like a I was a criminal. Thank you to the woman with the antler headband and young man in the patriots sweater for being helpful and not so extremely rude. I work in customer service and would NEVER treat paying customers like that old man did. I will never return to this HarborOne again. The one in Brockton is 1000x better and the people are nowhere near as rude.

I have been a member of HarborOne bank for a couple of decades since before when it was Brockton Credit Union.The customer service department has always been excellent while their bank lobby hours are also better than any other banks for customer convenience.

The hours for drive thru for saturday have 2 different times listed on the web site 8:30 and 9:00 I arrived at 8:30 only to be told they would not open until 9:00 please fix your web site to the correct time. All of our time is valuable!!!!!!

Have had this company for my auto lease since 2017. Worst service ever. Staff are rude on the phone and website is impossible to use. Was late on a payment because when I (thought I) paid my loan I wasn't notified via email that my information was put in wrong (by me). I simply got a message on the payment page "thank you for your payment." So shame on me for believing my bill was paid. I got a call a week later from a rep informing me of my missed payment. I was confused. I was never able to enroll in online bill pay. A rep helped me and she tried to make a $1 deposit to my checking account that failed. So I had to sign in monthly as a guest. The 4 year lease interest rate was astronomical and to buy the car outright would have put a $40,000 car at $75,000 for a total of 10 years! My extremely high 4 year lease payment would have gone up $100 for an additional 6 years if I chose to buy the car. Before you get a car lease ask the dealer if they use this company and run the other way if they do. Lastly they're the only leading company that doesn't pay your excise tax. The city sends HarborOne the bill and then HarborOne mails it to you. Needless to say you have a week to pay it yourself directly to the city you live in. Typically the leasing company gets the excise bill, pays it and then bills you. Most even allow customers to pay it in installment payments. Not with this place. I got out of my lease 1 year early because I couldn't take much more. I was lucky to find a dealership willing to take this car and lease off my hands.
