Excellent service from start to finish. I wanted an old fashion experience for my taxes this year. I know everyone is doing online tax preparations, and they still have questions. I wanted to sit down face to face with a professional tax preparer.
My niece referred me to H n R Block in Randolph, Jewell did my taxes. The receptionist was very professional and Jewell understood all of my tax needs. She was kind, knowledgeable (understood all deductions n tax credit laws)….just overall amazing. I am satisfied that she got the maximum refund for me this year. If your nervous, unsure or just have a lot of questions about getting your taxes done…just make an appointment n go here. I will definitely return next year n the years to come.

Great experience at this location my tax preparer was Nadine she was nice friendly and very knowledgeable about taxes I would have known problems with her doing my taxes again in the future

Christine Lane offers absolutely outstanding service. She is kind, patient, and offers extensive detail to make sure you understand the entirety of tax prep. We even share a last name LOL! Definitely recommend her!!

Very unstatisfied with the customer care and support.
Receptionist brushes customers off and not help. Tax Prep Christine Lane was very unproffesional when asking for Tax prep information, please advise to seek other location.
