“They were able to identify the color of paint on aftermarket MSI wheels for a BMW. They prepared a spray can and small container of paint to use with a brush. These guys are friendly and competent.”

“I went into Richmond Hardware today to find some mechanical bolts and nuts to replace the broken ones on my collapsible camping chair. I was met by the manager/owner(?) who paged an employee to assist me in selecting the proper length and width of the bolts and nuts. Matt examined the broken piece and selected a proper replacement bolt for each of the broken pieces. I thought that I would be spending my afternoon with pliers and a wrench. But to my surprise, Matt attached the bolts and tightened the nuts. I definitely recommend Richmond Hardware for their courteous employees and expert service. Thank you.”

“As a first time homeowner, I had an exceptional experience here with Marc, the color and design consultant. He was patient and knowledgeable and helped picked colors for each of our rooms with ease. I had multiple visits where he was always available and willing to help, in person or virtually. Exceptional service that other stores require appointments and fees for!! I highly recommend Marc and the Drive in Paint Mart.”

“It is great when a contractor meets expectations. It is even better when they over deliver. Every step of the process was easy. The work was done well and on time. When something was overlooked, they got on it immediately. And the price was reasonable.”

“If I could, I would give this store six stars! We were looking for an uncommon paint that multiple Home Depot locations just couldn't help with. Some said the paint was discontinued, while others told me the paint code I had was wrong. I looked on line and saw this store fairly near to where I live. We walked in, and the gentleman working immediately asked us if we needed help? I told him just the paint code and he immediately said all the other details by heart! My wife and I were shocked! This man was a true professional and an expert in his field. He promptly went over and grabbed the paint for us. He asked us if we needed it shaken? He was already walking over to the machine as he asked us. This was the fastest, most fluid retail interaction I have had in years! He quickly helped us get rollers and other bits of kit to finish our project. No lie, I think we were in the store less than 7 minutes! My wife was so shocked at how great this representative was, she said out loud "So Professional!" Excellent experience!”

“Great customer service! I had ice dams and was told what to do and some advice with the process. I got some inexpensive roof bags and some ice melt. After following the suggestion we have no problem. Thank you. We will be back in the future instead of going to the big corporate stores! What a kind group of people.”

“PLEASE READ: I called this place a few weeks ago and asked them about a specific kind of paint. One of the representatives told me they don't have that, but they remembered my specifications. After 20 minutes my phone rings unexpectedly and it is the same representative calling me back to tell me exactly what I needed to get! Recommended the brand, the store I should get it from etc. I have never seen anything like this before. He knew I wouldn't be spending money in their store, but STILL took the time to research and then call back to help me out... this is what exceptional customer service looks like! I ended up using the recommended product and it was a wonderful choice. I had to call back and thank them for it and the least I could do is to leave this review for everyone else to know the level of customer support that you get from this place. Highly recommended to say the least!”

“I finished my biggest mural to date and I would not of been able to do it without the help of Sameer and the amazing staff at Sherwin Williams in Braintree! They helped me figure out the right type of paint, helped with colors, ordered more paint when I needed way more than expected, and were so genuinely kind and helpful throughout the whole process. This will be my go to store for all my projects from now on!”

“I have sourced various paints and painting related supplies over 12 times the past year and have found both the knowledge and customer service to be truly excellent! I have primarily dealt with Wally the Store Manager and his associate John and both have proven to be highly knowledgeable with the entire range of Benjamin Moore paints and stains. Wally is most polite and courteous and has proven himself over the past year to be a perfect gentleman! John is also very knowledgeable and is a true gentleman! I have complete confidence in dealing with this business in terms of product quality and knowledge along with customer service, thus I give them my highest possible rating!”
