Jimmy really cares and treats his customers like his friends and family - he is honest, he says it as it is, and he does his best to be able to accommodate his customers. He charges fair and reasonable prices. As someone who has dealt with shady mechanics in the past, it is a relief to find someone I can trust with my vehicles.
Also, Jimmy is a fantastic musician who plays the traditional kanun instrument - he is very talented and if you have a chance to watch him live, you most definitely must!!

Look no further… Excellent Service , Pricing and Work … The Auto Clinic has it all … Took our car in for a new bumper and hood and it literally felt like my car was in the hospital ….. ( HUH auto clinic LoL now I get it ).. With random progress photos that weren’t requested or promissed … That’s honestly the kind of service they provide . So I’d like to especially thank Ernest and Jimmy although there were many involved but Jimmy really helped us through a tough time … So thank you , thank you , thank you …
By the way we’ve moved all our car service needs to The Auto Clinic that’s even over an Uncle with a shop.. We simply trust Jimmy and The Auto Clinic that much….Thanks Again

My alternator died around 5:00 a.m., I was in a bind, I went to Randolph Auto Clinic, Jimmy and his mechanics did an excellent job getting me a new one and installing it, and the best part is I didn't even miss work! Thank you so much Randolph Auto Clinic for not only doing a great job but keeping the price low and getting my car back to me ASAP, thank you so much!

I was having a lot of trouble with my car I called and Jimmy took it right in and found out what was going on with it. He sent me videos telling me what it needed and fixed it in no time, making sure to keep me updated. After my car was fixed he reached out making sure I was satisfied with how my car was running. Great pricing and customer service. Would definitely recommend

They did a great job fixing my heat/ac but told me that my fuse box was melting and needed to get it fixed asap, so, they’d have to find another fuse at a junkyard and would let me know once they found one. Never heard from them again for almost like a month. I’d reached out to ask about it a few times and they would act like they would help but never heard from them. Very strange

Jimmy has been amazing! My car has been giving me troubles. He figured out what was wrong with my car and fixed it in no time. Even explained the issues, showed me videos of the problem and kept me updated. My car is running much smoother and better! I’m very satisfied and glad I came here. Jimmy did a great job! I would recommend this shop to others.

After having some difficulty with an unnamed, large auto repair service; my car was experiencing some starting and stopping. I brought my car to Jimmy, at Randolph Auto Clinic. The whole time he was investigating the issue, he would call me or send me texts, pics and videos of what he was doing. Turns out, the large auto service company, where I had my oil change, had installed the incorrect oil filter. That, in turned caused a whole heap of trouble! Over $1400.00 worth of trouble! Needless to say, Jimmy let me know that he would take care of it. My car is back to performing the way it should! I have to admit, initially, when I thought of taking my car to Randolph Auto Clinic, I was told by relatives that they were just a tad pricey, but in all honesty, they are VERY THOROUGH! Also, when I priced the work elsewhere, it was comparable. So, to me, they were worth it! Thanks Jimmy!

Jimmy, the owner of RAC is amazing. Highly recommended. I brought my car to him, he diagnosed transmission and engine issues. He was open to talking to the dealership to inform them of the issues, and as a mechanic, the vehicle I had should not have been in this condition. He advocated for me in such a huge way that the dealership agreed to replace both. Jimmys level of communication was great, sending videos of the car and showing me each thing that was going wrong. I could not have asked for a better mechanic. I would highly recommend. He is a trusted mechanic for sure. It was by first time using him, and didn’t know him at all. Such a good guy and deserves 5 stars. I will use him for all my future car repairs.

Have had several shops do repairs I can't do over the years. They are BY FAR the most friendly, accommodating and reasonably priced. Have not had any issues with repair work done. Only issue is you may have to wait to get your car fixed they are SO busy! Highly recommend these folks. Best on the South Shore.
