I have been with Rockland trust my entire life, whole family has actually. I have to say that the lady's who work in the Randolph location are the nicest, and most helpful out of any I've been to.

Terrible. When trying to cash a check, the employees were extremely rude. For this reason, I will not return and will not have an account with you. I felt humiliated by them.

This Randolph bank is awful! I would not give this bank a penny of my money. Always problems and incompetence from the employees. No written policies, the employees just make up policies as they go. The blind leading the blind in there. No Thanks! UPDATE** Still No phone call from the bank.

On Tuesday the 30th of April.I went to Rockland Bank located In Randolph MA , in order to make a deposit on my account. The woman who was my teller asked me ; if “I was comfortable with the check I handed to her. Based on my Previous experiences whit the Rockland Bank; it usually takes up to 3 or 4 Days for my check s to be cleared. The teller and the Manager told me that the check will be available in 7 Days.I have been a Loyal customer of the Bank for a very Long Time. The Lack of Professionalism shown by these workers is definitely unacceptable.I wonder if I will continue to use the service of the Rockland Bank in the Future.

The branch at Randolph is decent some friendly workers or they seem to try but my review is of there Rockland Trust Credit Card NEVER GET ONE! I was gonna close the account and they said if you don't close it we will give you a $25 statement credit sounds good right just for keep the account open? Yeah right I called over 5 times nobody knows what I am talking about I bought 2 items with the card one I returned one I kept every time I call you returned something you don't have enough points for the $25 dollar credit long wait times rude reps on the phone and they won't apply the statement on this billing cycle have to wait until next month I may make one more purchase over $25 to get credit statement I WILL NEVER USE THE CREDIT CARD AGAIN AND CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND NEVER NEVER OPEN ANOTHER CREDIT CARD WITH THEM !!!!!

They told me they don't accept ID/Driver's licenses from outside New England and insinuated my Minnesota Driver's licence was fake when I attempted to cash a paltry $97 check drawn from their bank. They refused to honor the check. They didn't call the police to report this - shouldn't they if they're that confident I'm not who I say I am and have a counterfeit ID? Had to call their business customer who wrote me the check. Their branch advised that this "New England states only" BS is not policy, so what's up with your employees in the Randolph branch? Do the three of them just get a kick out of denying service to white folks visiting from the midwest?

I am a.customer at Rockland Trust and it's by far the best bank I've dealt with. They make me feel valued and not just a number. The manager kristen is amazing and extremely helpful. I would recommend this bank to everyone
