I needed to ask the bank a question about codes needed OTP one time pin for the account for online access a new system they changed online the account wasn't under my name and the guy was rude and unhelpful oh it's not your account we can't change the phone number on it and this is a problem because I do not live with my father so can't get the code. I am on a limited budget need to track my account. Sandater bank is convenient but the customer service and wait times suck

Had to come in 4 times because the customer service is extremely slow and don’t care about the customers. I was told I came at an inconvenient time and was sent home. Absolutely zero help at all after my fourth time going in and more time absolutely wasted they finally told me they couldn’t help me and did not seem to care at all. Will be traveling to a different location out of my way from now on and will probably save time. I will switching banks soon, there’s no need for everything to take forever.

Worst customer service at this location they not qualify to do their job they make me wait over 2 hours and they didn’t assist me , they need to hired new people with knowledge and positive attitude in this place .

This is the slowest, most rude, and most disappointing branch of a bank I have ever been to. Either clean house or at least change managers because the customer service is less than 1 star quality.

It took a long time to be spoken to. I was not informed of the wait until having been sitting for a half hour. Now I found out that they stand behind their paperwork that they rush you too sign. I was charged for 5 overdraft fees when there were plenty of funds in the account. Little did I know they don't inform you on the available funds procedures and the lengthy days they hold your checks.

The incompetence is unbelievable . My husband went to pay $1000 on our car loan and the teller put the money into someone else's account. The account number isn't even close to ours. So not only do we have to fight for OUR MONEY but now we have a hit on our credit score. I'm not sure how a trained professional can transfer that much money and not check the account number.
